  Apart from the great luck to have found a wonderful evening for the dawn and then two days “nice for the period” , the choice of this tour operator (which we already remembered 15 years ago!) was super apt. Professionalism and efficiency at the time of the first contacts via email, kindness and sympathy then in person and finally top organization. Special thanks to Viggo! Punctual, polite, funny and competent.

  We had a wonderful tour and our guide, Magdalena, was a real star! Weather was mixed, but she knew where to go, was super knowledgeable with both camera and know how about the polar lights, and such a heartwarming person! We absolutely adored the experience and her company, thank you so much! Tipp: Bring more clothing than you think you need, to make sure you can wither out the harsh winds when waiting for the lights :)

  The meeting spot by the Thon hotel is outside under a poorly lit door. Hard to find! Weather the night of the tour was windy, very cloudy and rainy. It was a miserable night to be out driving around. It even started sleeting and where we parked off the side of the road near a busy highway and water, I felt unsafe. This tour should have been canceled before it started. I give the driver kudos for safely returning us home. We saw one brief patch of northern lights before taking shelter in the van and heading back. Fortunately I got a refund.

  We had a truly incredible experience and were lucky enough to see the lights. Our guide Eric was very knowledgeable about the lights and Lofoten in general. He was happy to share about his life and experiences on the islands, and I learned a lot about Lofoten from him. He taught us how to spot the lights and the best way to photograph them both with our phones and my DSLR. We got some truly spectacular photos. He also took photos of my partner and I with the lights and the Milky Way above us with his camera, and I’m very pleased with how those came out. The tour was also only 8 people + the guide, so it was a very personal experience. This tour was a highlight of my whole trip!!

  Warm welcome and grandiose landscapes day and night Unforgettable. Total change of scenery where each bay and fjords are paintings. Reflections in sumptuous lakes or inlets

  Activity canceled a few days before. The guide was in the hospital. So far we can understand. But no alternative offered despite our multiple requests. Second activity with the same company modified 3 days before (group doubled and taken care of by another guide without financial compensation) and finally activity completely canceled also 24 hours before, through TripAdvisor and without any response by email from the 'organizer. No excuses. Deplorable.

  Thanks to our guide, Leena, and our lucky star that we could see the Northern lights so early on our excursion (at the 1st stop). We had so much fun taking tons of pictures and enjoying the view. Leena was always so considerate and friendly and very informative. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. 😁

  Claudia and Maurizio are really smart: professional, serious, prepared, helpful. They are available to help you even in times of difficulty. We did two tours for the Lofoten and Maurizio colors the experience enriching them with curiosity, news and information. Claudia very efficient and professional, bends over backwards for all customers. Very recommended
