We missed the tour because the meeting place changed. We called while we were trying to find our group and were given poor directions on where the new location was. We were told during the call that we had received a text in March that the meeting place had changed (I had no record of that) yet every correspondence we received after that, including the email we got that morning, listed the original meeting location. We had gotten a phone call the day prior to the tour telling us the time changed yet they said nothing about the meeting place being changed. It was very frustrating. We carefully planned our trip and tours and were quite looking forward to this tour!

There is no washroom break. With all the water I drink to stay hydrated, the tour was too long with a bathroom break.

Zoey was fantastic! She had amazing energy and knowledge of history. Very kind person, loaning me a scarf for the basilica. Remember that shoulders and knees need to be covered :) Highly recommend!!

The guide was difficult to understand due to heavy accent and her microphone was often hitting her jewelry and hands and making loud noises. The headphones were not very good quality! She spent too much time describing all the art in the palace and not much time on the purpose or use of each room. The time spent at St Mark’s was good and good descriptions of the important points.
