My daughter and I enjoyed a cooking class in which we learned how to make fresh soy milk, scallion pancakes, and egg pancakes. It was practical and fun, and the instructor was very good. I would highly recommend it and plan to take another class the next time I am in Taipei!

What a wonderful experience - a well spent morning. Diana and staff are such great host and instructors. Very hospitable and took time with us as we learned the skills. We probably will try the other classes when are back next in Taipei, Taiwan - thank you!

Overall highly highly recommend! This is the second class I've done with CookInn (the first being their xiaolongbao + beef noodles class), and I loved this one as well. The class was very hands on -- alongside a very fun and thorough market visit, we made three dishes: egg crepe/pancake, scallion pancake, and soy milk. Our teacher Chelsea was very friendly and easy to follow, and the dishes we cooked were breakfast items that I definitely want to make at home. Everything was super well organized and supervised, and the kitchen studio was very clean. I'm excited to make these dishes at home!

I did two classes in one day; the breakfast class and the xiao long bao and bubble tea class. Both were awesome! The market tour had a couple of planned stops but also chatting and sampling things with random stall owners. The classes themselves were very detailed but simple enough to follow, and the instructors create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. They send you home with a recipe book and email some photos from the day. I just wish they used a better camera because the photos aren't great quality, and I would have appreciated some close-up photos of the finished products instead of just me making them or posing with them. Don't let that put you off, though, because I am already considering going back to do more classes!
