  Very good and interesting trip. Organised well. If you have the bay tour you have to go to the Alcatraz trip first at pier 33. Then after go to pier 39.

  Excellent organization. The ferry takes us to the island where we are free afterwards and can take any ferry back. The guided tour of the cells is perfect with the audio guide.

  If I could give this tour 6 stars I would! The ticket included return ferry to Alcatraz, audio tour on island and also a separate ferry ride around San Francisco Bay out to the Golden Gate Bridge. The Alcatraz trip was excellent- really enjoyed the history of the prison and the audio tour could be stopped and started at your leisure. Alcatraz is very busy but well organised….you pick the ferry up at Pier 33. When you return you can head to Pier 39 to decide which time suits best for the Bay Ferry trip….again well organised and narrated. Good value for money!

  We were not given our tickets in advance, only a voucher for the Alcatraz boat. It did not tell you to arrive early. We missed our boat and waited in line to exchange tickets. They were very accommodating. The second half of the tour (bay cruise) was not very clear to us where to go and how to get the tickets. They were in messages in the Viator app

  You can get your tickets direct at the ferry terminal at fisherman’s wharf far cheaper than on this site.

  I like how you toured Alcatraz at your own pace. The prison itself, with the audio guide was nice to experience. Locating the correct dock at Pier 39 for the San Francisco Bay tour can be difficult. We used the hop on hop off bus the previous day to make sure we knew where to go. We enjoyed this part of the tour too.

  Nice experience. The Alcatraz audio tour is superb. Very well narrated. Enough time to enjoy Alcatraz and then to finish up with the cruise under the Giolden Gates bridge. Perfect opportunity to take the most instagram worthy pictures.
