  Our original tour cancelled because of the weather. The guides on this tour consulted a weather map and found a place outside the cloud cover. They drove us three hours to get there. There was no guarantee we would see the lights even then, but we saw a spectacular light show that defies description. At times there were streaks and swirls and curtains of light that involved much of the sky. Our guides had great cameras and took many gorgeous photos with the lights behind my husband and me. There is no extra charge for the photos. The guides are really lovely people and even brought snacks and water for us. I highly recommend this tour!

  I had a good experience with the tour guides but we the aurora barely showed up that night which I’m not blaming the guides for. However, the guides told us that the aurora didn’t show for only 2 nights the entire season and this was the 3rd night. They told us the company will refund us which was ok with us. We also took a bunch of pictures to at least have some memories from that night. We were told we would get them within 2 weeks. After the trip, I called the company and we were denied a refund because they said the aurora showed up slightly. After 2 weeks, I called about the photos which We also didn’t receive. The company said the aurora didn’t come out so we don’t get the photos. So they basically robbed us of our moment. The person that was answering the calls was rude and unhelpful.

  Elena and Ed delivered a great tour. They took us far and we were gone for almost 10 hours. The drive was very comfortable in their Mercedes van. They had water and snacks for us. El na spent a lot of time educating us on the science of the aurora. We started to see the aurora around midnight, but it was faint to the naked eye. Elena and Ed had advanced cameras to take many pictures and videos which turned out great. Shortly after we started the drive back, the aurora became vivid, dancing throughout the sky. Ed immediately stopped and he and Elena got out the camera again. We took pictures for another hour. Most guides would have kept on driving, but Ed and Elena were laser focused on the customer experienced. They were so happy to see all of us in excited. They delivered a home run in the bottom of the 9th. I see them as never give up guides that I would trust again and again. To make things even sweeter, Elena gave us customer a piece of cake as a parting gift. Great people. Customer focused. It’s clear they love their work. I highly recommend.

  Just book this tour. Our guides were amazing, they provided snacks, water and warmers. They even gave us dessert to go after the tour. We saw the aurora for the first time and also got to really enjoy it. We got to enjoy it because you don’t have to worry about taking photos because they will do it for you. I would recommend this tour.

  Loved the experience. Although nothing is ever guaranteed, we were able to obtain our goal in catching the Northern Lights. Our tour guide (don't remember his name) was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the Northern Lights. You can tell he was genuinely amazed and excited as we were when we were able to catch the lights. Even after catching the lights at one spot, you can tell on the way back he was invested in trying to catch them again. He had the camera and high tech equipment in taking great videos and photos for everyone. As the majority of people on our tour were more focused on trying to get their own photos on their camera phones, my wife and I seemed to be the only ones for him to take photos on his own equipment which we didn't mind. It was like a private shoot. lol. I don't think they understood that his equipment catches the light way better and he even kept encouraging the group to take many pictures on his equipment. The van was always a comfortable temperature and he provided water and various snacks to keep you filled. We brought pillows and rested while there are times you are just resting and waiting in the car until you are able to catch the lights. Great experience! Catching the northern lights was what my wife wanted to do on her birthday and we achieved that. At the end of the night, they provided a piece of cake that was very yummy. They are supposed to send us our pictures and video a week or two after so we haven't received that yet since we went on the tour just a few days ago. All we can say is thank you again for the phenomenal experience! The picture posted is our own picture on our camera phone. Can't wait for the professional pictures!

  Fantastic northern lights tour from start to finish! Our guides were knowledgeable, passionate, and truly cared about our experience, going above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment while taking us to the perfect spots to see the lights. Their enthusiasm made the night even more special. We stayed comfortable with snacks, water, hand and foot warmers, and a cozy van. An unforgettable experience I highly recommend!

  It was a truly fantastic experience! Our tour guide Ed is very experienced and knowledgeable. He knew where to go for the best view of Aurora, even on a cloudy night. We were blessed to see the northern lights three times on our night, with the lights dancing in the sky. Ed took so many great pictures and videos of us with Aurora together and sent it to us with an email link about one week after. The entire tour was well prepared with a heated van as well as water, snacks and hand & foot warmers to keep us warm and energized. Don’t miss it if you really want to see the northern lights with your own eyes at least once!
