5.00Michele and his lovely wife, Wanda were incredible hosts. Michele’s love for food and cooking and sharing his knowledge with us shined through. Michele reached out several times prior to the event and even offered a choice as to what we would prefer to make. He shared a family recipe with us and it was absolutely delicious. We are very grateful for Michele and Wanda’s hospitality and a great evening sharing stories from our travels in Italy and about our families, who interesting enough were from the same region of Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience as our last evening from a two-week long trip to Italy. I would highly recommend booking an experience with Michele. Very nicely done and even better time spent with good people.

5.00Special evening with Michele and his wife Wanda. Truly a wonderfully gracious couple. Genuinely engaging conversation…my husband and I felt very much at home. We’ve done similar experiences in France and Italy, and have to say that Michelle’s was much more hands on, giving us the ability to make this pasta dish after returning home. We made Orecchiette with broccoli, guanciale and sun dried tomatoes, a nice light pasta dish. Enjoyed a wonderful antipasti and Prosecco, wine with dinner, Panna Cotta and Limoncello for dessert. Michelle printed out the recipe, and even gave me a recipe for another dish I had inquired about. Wonderful evening.

5.00we experienced a cozy evening together with Michele and Wanda. We cooked together and were allowed to eat fine Casoncelli. The whole thing was framed with a fine starter followed by dessert. Wine and limoncello were also plentiful. We really enjoyed it.

5.00This was one of the best cooking classes I have taken. I went as a solo, expecting others, but it was just me! Michele and his wife Wanda opened their home and I got a private lesson making Casoncelli. The wine and food were great but the best was being able to spend time with them. I will be making casoncelli upon my return to the States. It was a wonderful experience.

It was really a wonderful surprise for me which i was not expecting. Moreover, Michele and his wife’s has a very traditional way to organise this cooking class. It gives a homely feeling and you will really experience the authentic Italian 🇮🇹 cuisine. Obviously, Michele is expert in cooking 🥘 and we had a great learning experience there.
