お客様の遅延が発生した場合、失われた時間に応じて活動が縮小され、確立されたルートが変更される可能性があります。 15 分以上の遅延が発生した場合、アクティビティはキャンセルされ、払い戻しは行われません。
ツアー当日の道路封鎖やデモにより、ツアーの旅程が変更になる場合があります。
トゥクトゥクは個人で予約し、料金はグループに必要なトゥクトゥクの台数に応じて設定され、法的にはトゥクトゥク 1 台あたりの最大乗車人数は 4 人です。
トゥクトゥクにはトランクがないので、ベビーカー、車椅子、スーツケースや大きな荷物は持ち込めません。
安全上の理由により、ペットおよび伴侶動物の同伴はご遠慮いただいております。
ツアーは雨天でも実施されますが、極端な状況の場合のみキャンセルできます。
ツアーは指定されたルートに沿って進み、選択したツアーの所要時間に応じて、事前に決められた場所で写真撮影のために立ち寄ります。 60分間のツアーにはアラブの壁への立ち寄りが含まれ、120分間のツアーにはデボド神殿への立ち寄りも含まれる。 ツアー内容の変更や写真撮影のための停車はできません。 これらの停車場所は、あらかじめ決められた場所となります。
車両は高齢者にも適しており、必要に応じてドライバーが乗車のお手伝いをいたします。

5.00EXCELLENT tour!!! We took a 3 hour tour with Gustavo. We saw so much and learned so much about Spain's history and about Madrid. Gustavo spoke English very clearly, was very friendly and even gave us recommendations about where to eat. We HIGHLY recommend this tour and Gustavo.

5.00Had a wonderful first interaction with Madrid. Mario our guide was knowledgeable, and thanks to him, we even attended a football match; Real Madrid at home! But for hia conversation, we would never have known we were staying 8 minutes walk from the Stadium! Made the tour even more memorable.
