What To Expect

農場到着後、サワーチェリージュースのウェルカムグラスを受け取ります。その後、丘のそばの伝統的なソレント農場でイタリア語料理の秘密を学びに行きます。エプロンに縛り付けてワークステーションに向かい、この地域で最も有名なパスタ料理とティラミスの芸術をマスターしましょう。パスタ生地の準備方法、使用する小麦粉の種類、その他多くの秘密について、ステップバイステップの指導を受けられます。パスタの準備ができたら、一番おいしいティラミスの調理法を学びます。心地よいリモンチェロ・スプリッツを楽しみながら、このすべて授業の最後には、みんなで一緒に座って、我が家の美味しいワインを飲みながら、「頑張った」成果を楽しんでください。

This was one of the highlights during our time in Sorrento. The location is breath taking; the class was informative and more importantly it was a lot of fun. The hosts were so welcoming it felt as though we were family. We have done the pizza class once before and definitely will take more classes the next time we visit Sorrento.

This experience was so much fun. An amazing family owned authentic working farm. All food grown and made by the family. Maked our own gnocchi and tirusmsu was very well executed by the guidance of Anna one of the daughters. She was fun and a great teacher. I would love to do it again.

Beautiful farm on a beautiful property family was so kind and the class was excellent. Gave us the recipes and had a great time. Homemade wine homemade lemon cello didn’t want to leave.

Great fun experience of making Tiramasu and Gnocchi, lots of great drinks too. The view and experience of the farm was the cherry on top. Would recommend 10/10.

We were first picked up by Francesco, the owner of Primaluce. He drove us to the farm and told us little tidbits about the area. When we arrived, we were given a wonderful refreshing drink of fresh cherry juice. Everything we ate or drank was from their farm. We then made fresh tiramisu and gnocchi with Anna, one of the daughters. She was very sweet, gracious and knowledgeable. It was a truly wonderful experience. If you are in Sorrento, definitely take this excursion. It is worth it!!!

We had the most fun, most amazing time on this family’s farm! Anna, the main cook instructor, was so fun and had us laughing and having a great time. The farm is stunning and the family really cares about their guests. Would recommend this experience to anyone!
