  This is my second time to come to Starpal. Such a good company. My husband and I joined the tour in 2023 which left us a very good impression. So I booked the tour for my family. My mother and her friend explored the beauty and wildlife in Kenya with Starpal company. Paul is very supportive and efficient . It only took several emails to lead us to a confirmed itinerary. And the driver Emmanuel is very good as well. They were very happy with everything. Emmanuel was always on time and very professional at finding the animals — they saw a lot of them. The meals and accommodations were also very good, and the two of them felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. By the way, my mother can’t speak English so they use translate app to communicate, but it works very well. Thanks Emmanuel again! I’m sure I will come back again and I will choose Starpal definitely.

  We had an amazing experience, visiting different national parks that allowed us to see all the diversity in animals and landscapes that Kenya has to offer. the checking in process at all the hotels ran smoothly and they were comfortable and packed with welcoming staff. Our guide - Glenn - did a great job, showing us everything there was to see and driving through difficult roads (both inside the parks and outside of them) . This was a wonderful experience that we will never forget.

  We had an excellent tour with Samy. He is a safe driver, always perfectly prepared, knows the hotspots for animal observing, we saw the big 5 at day 1! (We were lucky on top). The car was always clean from the inside and the outside (when did he clean it?!) Samy respects nature and culture of Masai Mara, we really appreciate that.   We are group of 7 people. By chance I know Africa Stapal Safari Safaris through other traveller comments. And actually what I experienced is the same as other travellers. Paul is the agency manager, he is so kind and patient with any kinds of question and ideas from us. The communication is very smooth. Our driver/guide Ken is very good. He drove so well and could help us much on spotting the animals. The price and accomodation are also very fine even the budget package. Strongly recommend

  When I was planning my safari trip to Kenya, I studied and received offers from many companies. In the end, I chose Africa Starpal Tours & safaris because they offered the lowest price. But this was just the case when the low price was not at the expense of quality. Africa Starpal Tours & safaris fully fulfilled all its obligations. Everything that we discussed in advance met our expectations - the route, hotels, car, national parks, absolutely everything. Everything went exactly according to plan without a single glitch. I would like to separately write a few words about our guide Morris. He was a wonderful guide. When we drove through the national parks, he really tried and looked for animals in the bushes and grass, and did not just sit and wait for someone to report something interesting on the radio. And thanks to his efforts, we were able to see almost all the animals that could be seen. We just didn’t manage to see a leopard. But, as Morris says: "This is not a zoo, and no one can give a 100% guarantee to see all the animals." But we were able to watch a whole family of 9 lions devouring a buffalo 4-5 meters from our car! I would also like to note that Morris is a very professional driver. He drove us very quickly and at the same time safely. During the entire time, there was not a single time when he created an emergency situation or missed a hole in the road in the dark. So for his skills as a guide, I give him 5+ and for his driving skills - also 5+ !!! Well, he is simply a nice person with whom you can talk, joke and laugh. Well, that's probably all. Naturally, I will recommend this company to all my friends if they decide to go on safari. Thank you guys! You are real professionals!

  I communicated with Paul who i came to meet on my first time i landed in kenya.He was very fast to answer my question as well give me information for my 5 day masai mara,lake Naivasha and amboseli park.We looked at other tour operators to compare price, variety and overall suggestions. However, Africa Starpal Safaris came out on top on price and with the most interesting itinerary. We could see that they have lots of experience and listen to their customers’ feedback. We bought the package! I believe what it actually differentiates Africa Starpal from other companies is the level of professionalism and commitment they showed. Putting customers convenience first. I would definitely like to do business with them in the future

  We booked a 10 day safari including Masai Mara,Lake Nakuru,Amboseli,Lake Manyara,Ngorongoro and serengeti with Africa Starpal Safaris. The tour was organized by Paul, and the planning process went very smooth. Paul was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, James, was the perfect guide on Kenyan side. From the Hotel pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to James, we were able to see all the big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.In short the both Kenya and Tanzania were amazing. As our first safari experience, we came back home more than satisfied, with countless unforgettable memories and we wish to visit once again with them.

  I am so happy to enthusiastically recommend Africa Starpal Safaris! From our initial emails with Paul, who helped us plan the perfect tour for our group of 5, to the trip itself, with our amazing guide, the team at Starpal Safaris went above and beyond to make this a remarkable visit. I'm a regular travel and this was my sixth time in kenya but it was the best for my family for all the 8 days from the office,our guides very nice accommodation with sopa Naivasha topping on our list,this was absolutely a first-class experience. Guide was very knowledgeable and wonderful company, and taught us about Kenya natural history, wildlife, culture, history, and geology. He got us to the right place at the right time for amazing photos, and took into account the individual interests and abilities of everyone in our group. We will always recommend them for anyone going to kenya for a safari.
