I had an amazing experience with Mr. Robby tour guide in Niagara Falls tour company. The entire trip was well organized, and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The tour guide was knowledgable and personable. Despite the weather, he was patient and gave plenty of time to take photos and get to the observation deck for the fireworks. I really enjoyed the small group size.
