  Highly highly recommend !! This location is such an underrated travel location and our tour guide spoke perfect English and was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person. Learned TONS about Taiwan and had many laughs. Genuinely one of the best tour experiences . Lots of flexibility and autonomy over activities .

  My family and I included Hualien in our vacation to Taiwan, because we wanted to see Taroko Gorge. We hired Alex to drive us and we had the best day with him. Alex is very kind, friendly, and his English is excellent. He is knowledgeable about all things Hualien, including nature/environment, and culture. We went on a nice hike to a waterfall, visited Taroko Gorge, and spent time at the ocean. He also gave a recommendation of what to try at the night market and it was delicious! We highly recommend a day trip with Alex when visiting Hualien.

  Had a great day - and Vincent was able to flex our tour around some limitations due access to sites and weather as it deteriorated across the day. His English is good and very knowledgeable given he is a local! Would highly recommend him.

  My family and I included Hualien in our vacation to Taiwan, because we wanted to see Taroko Gorge. We hired Alex to drive us and we had the best day with him. Alex is very kind, friendly, and his English is excellent. He is knowledgeable about all things Hualien, including nature/environment, and culture. He picked us up from the train station and the highlights were going on a nice hike to a waterfall, had a sit down lunch at a local place, visited Taroko Gorge, and spent time at the ocean.   I had a fantastic solo day trip with Vincent and would highly recommend both him and this tour. Vincent spoke excellent English and was an incredible source of information throughout the day. The tour was very well structured while still being flexible enough to cater to my interests and preferences, which made the experience feel much more personal. Taroko National Park was absolutely stunning, and Vincent took me to several hidden spots along the way that offered spectacular views away from the usual crowds. Despite the devastating earthquake a few years ago that damaged roads and walking tracks, it was impressive to see the ongoing rebuilding efforts and infrastructure improvements underway. Most importantly, Vincent was always focused on safety. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or in danger, and his professionalism and local knowledge gave me complete confidence throughout the trip. Sometimes the reality on the ground is very different from what you read online. If you’re considering visiting Taroko, I highly recommend this tour and Vincent as your guide. It was an unforgettable experience.

  We had a wonderful time in Hualien today! Our tour guide was Jimmie, the company and Jimmie were very helpful and communicative from the day I booked the tour all the way to picking us up at the train station. We really got a very informative and lovely tour of Taroko gorge, the surrounding towns, and downtown Hualien. The restaurants and street food that Jimmie recommended were all amazing. He was very responsive to our teenage kids needs, like if they were hungry he took us to get delicious food quickly. He also took us to a mochi store and bought us lots of mochi for our welcome gift. It was a wonderful tour, we wish it was longer!
