5.00Very polite and professional driver picked us up at Osaka airport to drive us to our hotel in Kyoto. We were greeted at airport and helped with our luggage. The van was large enough to fit our 8 suitcases. The van was clean and comfortable. Driver bought us water which was a nice touch. We arrived with no issues.

5.00Okada was wonderful! Great communication 24 hours prior to pick up. Okada even went to a convenience store to pick up some food for us to get us started at our ARBnb. We were so tired it was a good choice to get a car instead of the train or taxis
