5.00Our plane arrived over an hour late. The driver contacted me that he knew it was late and just contact him once our luggage was retrieved. Once we did, we notified him and he was there within 5 minutes. Vincent was great. He pointed out attractions in our way to hotel.

5.00Fabulous ! We paid the $25 extra and had the driver waiting for us and taking us to the van. We had a wheelchair user that can transfer to a seat and luggage and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend

1.00The driver was meant to meet us at the arrival gate but we couldn’t find him anywhere( so we ended up pushing our suitcases and three children on our own to go and find his car at a pick up bay, and they still charged me an additional fee

1.00I waited for at least 20 minutes to be contacted and tried to contact Viator to get the drivers number. As i exited the gate i did not see anyone. Waited and tried to call support. Could not wait any longer thus i had to obtain 2 taxi (fortunately the line for the taxi was not long). Currently i am waiting for viator to process my refund.
