  I and my lover were having a great tour that was organized by Burigi Chato Safaris, everything was fine including transport, accommodation and meals, we such having a great tour and enjoyable tour in Lake Chala. thank you so Much.

  I love the and the activities over there, especially canoeing, it was really amazing with the African boat. For moshi tours you don't need to miss the day tour to lake chala.

  My wife was interested with canoying and swimming in the lake, we decided to book a lake Chaka tour, the only thing I can insist is the government should look on the imfrastructure, meaning the roads to lake chala

  There is small place where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake. But, I advise that you stay at the deck by the restaurant for better views. We as well rented hiking boots which were important for hiking. We paid around 10usd for the entrance fee. The place was very beautiful and the meals prepared were really nice.

  The tour operator was developing and making by tailoring everything for us. We had to decide about the activities we would do once we are at Lake Chala and was amused to find out that there are many things to do here. Eventually, we went and stayed at very good quality permanent tents. The food was also well prepared and arrived on time. Everything was nice, overlooking the lake from our tents was a very special moment and made our night incredible

  As I thought about about where to stay during this time I thought I needed to ask and there I was asking the managing director of Burigi Chato Safaris: “Where can I sleep this night?” and he replied: “Where do you want to sleep” I replied: “Somewhere Special” He then directed one of the drivers to take me to the store where I could rent a tent for sleeping on by the rocky beach of the lake. I have nothing to give a complain about.

  It is beautiful out there and surrounded by nature which can make you day out. It is claimed to have its other half in Kenya. It is very relaxing. I took a drink to which I was serviced by my guide/driver from the company I booked with while sat near the lake. I was glad that I relaxed and enjoyed a conversation here. You can book it from Moshi to get there and let your self just relax back. But the price should not be much you have to negotiate because there are many that offer the so called ‘Mzungu Price’ which means price for foreigners because we as travelers have difficulties understanding the real price.

  The sunrise here is perfect. The food that was provided to me was very nice the guide and driver made sure I had the best of experience. The hidden gem was present in almost the mid of nowhere while the service providers gave us a very remarkable explanation of how this lake was formed. There is a fantastic view really this place is breathing taking. Though, the price of the place due to government is something we never liked we liked the place.

  The most spectacular lake in the world I preferred going there on foot since I was from hiking Kilimanjaro and I read it is a Caldera lake. There was a good reception at the gate it seems the place is very secure from armed robbery since there are responsible police officers. About the forest the guide told us a very sad story about the guy from Europe who drowned with his dog. The place has since then improved the infrastructure and safety measures. As we went higher the landscape changed

  There was time that when I go and wait with Burigi Chato Safaris I did not want to wait. Once I was at the airport I was happy that I chose this company. The lake is very interesting enough to impose rules on it. For example, once you swim to the border, this is because the lake is half in Tanzania Half in Kenya (Once you get to the other half you are not allowed to continue swimming at the lake). However, swimming comfortably and wave liability to throw you to the other side is reliable then you can make it. Go ahead and take a dive.
