  We (mother and daughter) enjoyed a great tour around the island, individually adapted to our timetable and wishes (e.g. 1 day less, visiting the Fine Arts Museum and Huashan 1914 Creative Park in Taipei). There was perfection in every detail: professional planning with quick responses, a very comfortable car with an experienced, well-educated and very kind driver-guide (Mike Cheng), good choice of hotels (fantastic and unforgettable: The Lalu at sun-moon-lake.

  Management with Mr Shawn had quick and helpful response. Just wanted to give some feedbacks, my family really enjoyed our recent trip to Taiwan. The itinerary was very varied and interesting and we had a lot of fun going to all the different places. Our guide Celeste was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the different areas and activities and we enjoyed interacting with her very much. Thank Shawn for organising this memorable trip for us!

  We had an amazing family experience with Voyager in Taiwan, namely with Sunny as our guide. She was instrumental in creating an awesome experience on tour and went out of her way several times to ensure that we had everything that we needed. She even helped us with babysitting our 2-year-old as he ran around the different tour destinations. The driver that was assigned to us was also very accommodating with changes in our itinerary. This made the whole travel experience seamless and extremely enjoyable. Even though we experienced a typhoon day during our travels, Sunny was able to re-plan our route to ensure that we were able to enjoy the sights of Taiwan, going so far as to re-plan the accommodation and train tickets that we had pre-booked, all within 1 day's notice. Safe to say, I would 100% recommend anyone wanting to visit Taiwan to have a chat with Shawn, the founder of Voyager in Taiwan, to see if they are able to help you with your trip.

  I only have good things to say about our tour guide, Mr Yang, during our trip to Taiwan. He truly exceeded all expectations and made our experience unforgettable! From the very beginning, Mr Yang's passion for his country shone through. His insights into Taiwan’s culture and history were fascinating, and he had a knack for sharing stories that brought each location to life. What really stood out was his dedication to our comfort and enjoyment. He was almost like our nanny throughout the trip, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Mr Yang tailored the itinerary to fit our group's interests and even went out of his way to recommend fantastic local spots for food and activities. His friendly demeanour and patience made every moment enjoyable, and he was always ready to help with anything we needed. I also want to give a special shoutout to Shawn, who helped organize the tour and liaised with us before our trip. We met Shawn at the airport, and his kindness and thoughtfulness truly set a positive tone for our adventure. His professionalism in the private tour industry made everything seamless. Thanks to both Mr Yang and Shawn, our trip was not just a sightseeing tour but a meaningful journey through Taiwan’s vibrant culture. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to explore this beautiful island!
