  We had a wonderful private tour with our driver Andy. He was very pleasant, patient and thoughtful. He was always willing to help when our hands were full. He even got us the best spot at the Amei Tea house in Jiufen. The sunset and overlooking view from our table was simply amazing! Last but not least, he gave us a surprise sweet snack to take home after the tour. We felt so welcomed by his gesture. Overall, our tour was a fun and memorable experience!

  My family and I were vacationing in Taiwan for two weeks. I had read that Jiufen is especially beautiful at night, so I booked us an 8-hour trip. We were picked up from our hotel in the afternoon. The original itinerary included two hours in Taipei, but the company was very accommodating and allowed us to spend more time in Shifen and Jiufen instead, since we already had plans to explore Taipei on our own over the next three days with our Taipei Fun Pass. Our guide, Cody, was absolutely amazing. He shared the history behind each site we visited and even helped take photos for us. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Overall, we really enjoyed having Cody as our guide—he made us feel comfortable and never rushed, giving us ample time to explore at our own pace. We highly recommend tour and Cody as a guide!!
