5.00The entire trip was very good, we were picked by a nice charming driver and met by a good tour guide who took us in a very nice informative walking tour in the center of Florence. The city itself is a great place to be at. The trip included couple of hours to explore the city / have a lunch on your own before heading back. I couldn’t ask for more in this trip and next time may dedicate some extra time for museums exploration; seems very interesting museums are there. Don’t miss them out!

1.00They were not clear on where to meet in the port. We wasted 30 minutes looking for the driver. The tour was not clear on what was included and it was extremely expensive.

5.00It was the best decision my family and I made to hire the private tour that Tour Travel & More offers. The punctuality and professionalism of the drivers and guides was decisive to make our trip a success. The whole booking process with Pilar was excellent and very professional. Replies to my emails were very quick. The Mercedes Benz limousines they used on all tours were very comfortable. The tour from the port of Livorno to Florence was perfect. The guide Emilio was spectacular. I arrived early to queue at the Academy Gallery so we could get in to see the original sculpture of David. Because it was Sunday tickets were free and the queue was endless. Thanks to our guide we did not have to queue. Arriving by cruise to visit Florence, the best decision is to take a private tour as time is made the most of.
