  The tour guide Ngoc was very nice. He did his best with taking photos of the group, and had cold water prepared for the group. I enjoyed the tour however I hoped that I would get to see more of Ninh Binh. At least another 1 hour of possibly walking towards the highest peak or driving to see the temple at the top. Otherwise, it was a good tour but I think it could have been great if added at least 1 more of hour of staying in Ninh Binh

  We have combo tour in incense village and Nim Bihn . We have excellent experience. , both driver and tour guide Q and A did a good job . We are satisfied with their service and qill recommend . I wonder if they have package tour or rate special if you’re student .

  Excellent trip! Tom is very knowledgeable and shared so much with us. Everything was so well planned!

• Incense village (more of a factory) could be avoided. Also, some hidden costs involved too. Not a great value for money

  As far as the composition of the trip is concerned, the incense village could have been avoided. It’s just a small factory of incense sticks with colourful incenses load out just for photo shoots. Not much worth for if one is interested in history, culture. Hence for that reason the second part of the trip was more interesting. Now as far as the guide, Tam, was concerned, he could have been a bit more engaging and spend more time in Hoa Lu. Overall he was a bit hurried. Even for the boat ride in Ninh Binh, he insisted on taking two boats (we are a family of 4 including two children), pay a certain amount of tips, pick us up before from a point before the trip ends and ask for an amount for my smallest child although being an all inclusive trip (the reason cited was her height!). Lunch was a set Vietnamese venue, but was ok! So overall, not a great experience as compared to the standards of a “Viator” experience. And obviously, Tam is not an ideal guide!

  Had a great experience and the driver was punctual. Bruce Lee (Hoà Mai), was a great guide - enthusiastic, friendly and informative. Had a great time with him and will definitely recommend this experience to others.
