1.00Chia Jung was our tour guide. He was a bit eccentric. After 9 hours we did not feel that we had a memorable experience. Granted that it was not easy to make a tourist and vendor flooded little lake an interesting subject. But there are many facts, stories, and details that could have been shared to give us more insights on each of our stops. We did not feel connected to what we were about to see. Instead, every 5 mins, we were informed where a bathroom was accessible. The worst was that the first bathroom we were shown was a squat hole-in-the-ground. He is a nice person, but he was no cultural ambassador on Sun Moon Lake.

5.00Chia Jung was a great guide. And very professional. He arrived early for our tour. Then he helped set up our iPhone with a hotspot. This allowed him to take pictures of us and then send them to us. Though out the trip he pointed out the important information. At lunch time he suggested a couple of good places. Our meal turned out inexpensive and very tasty. We have had a great time on this trip and very grateful for his guidance & assistance in this trip

5.00Really enjoyed this trip with Chia Jung for my wife and me. Hotel pick-up was easy and he is an enthusiastic and helpful guide. English was very good. We enjoyed the drive and the destination. Sun Moon Lake is beautiful. We went on a weekday . This would be recommended as the lake gets crowded on the weekends. It is a highly touristed area so if you are looking for something off the beaten path you make look elsewhere.

5.00Beautiful place, landscapes to dream of with this beautiful lake, its mountains as far as the eye can see... Several spectacular attractions, pagodas and temples with stunning views of Sun Moon Lake. A professional guide who has been able to teach us some notions of Taiwanese culture and history. Very attentive guide and he made us a very nice montage of photos Thanks to Chia Jung for a great day
