  Amazing experience. Staff were so lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived and throughout the rest of the trip . The pilot was very knowledgable and made us all feel very safe and at ease throughout the whole journey. We were given a lovely breakfast and sat in a beautiful tent. Unreal views from the hot air balloon itself, being lucky enough to have the experience of being above the clouds.

  Superb experience. Floating in a basket at 400metres above ground was just sublime. Arrived in the dark to a lovely welcome, gorgeous tent and open fire. Beautiful breakfast (orange slices with cinnamon were fab). We had to delay because of unusual fog and clouds but when we eventually got up and above the sea of fog , the view was phenomenal. So peaceful. The moon and the sun were out, mountains in the distance and birds following the balloon. The shadow of the balloon on the clouds below was both unusual and ghostly. The pilot and his fellow Moroccan staff were informative, kind and supportive. We landed back in the rocky orange desert amidst prickly green plants and were treated to an off-road adventure with our fab driver Hassan. I was almost disappointed to be back in the town and the hotel. Worth every penny for the memories.

  Fantastic experience, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. Everyone had a smile on their face, the Pilot of the balloon was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease in his very capable hands. The breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from and good quality. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend, big 👍's up from us.

  What a truly unforgettable experience, the staff were so pleasant and friendly, tea on arrival and a stunning breakfast to end the trip. The balloon ride itself was a magical experience. I didn’t realise how high it would go but it was thrilling and exciting. The basket pilot was confident and made us all at ease. To top it off the balloon had a Moroccan flag, felt very authentic, tightly recommend

  Wow what an amazing experience from pick up greeting with a smile trip there was lovely greeted by staff with coffee and tea then up up and away in the balloon great team and pilot then land with lunch and refreshments family run business so friendly would love to go again would recommend 10/10 😀
