5.00Muir Woods was breathtaking! We couldn’t get over the size of the trees. It was so peaceful as we walked around. Our driver James was really knowledgable and gave us a great guided tour as he drive us from one place to the other. Brunch at The Golden Gate Bridge was lovely. We were then safely dropped off to board the ferry to Alcatraz! What a place that was.

5.00James was a fantastic tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! The early Muir Woods entry is unbeatable. What a beautiful place to spend our morning. I also liked that he had a TV in the tour bus to show us some of the history of San Francisco. The cafe’s food wasn’t that good but the Golden Gate Bridge was just breathtaking to see and walk on. James dropped us off right in front of the Alcatraz entry so it was super easy to get to the line.

5.00This is the smartest tour you could book if you visit SF and especially if you are limited on time. Muir Woods and Alcatraz in one day? You don't have to drive? Your tickets for Alcatraz are purchased for you? YES! YES! and YES! It worked out so perfectly! James was a great driver, punctual and very personable. You will thank him for getting you to Muir Woods first. Why you may ask? Because the park is basically all to yourself. It's quiet and beautiful as intended. Before the bus loads of tourists get there to spoil the splendor. Alcatraz was amazing too, you are dropped off to the ferry pick-up and go at your own pace. Highly recommended!

1.00At no fault to the tour, my experience never happened due to unforeseen circumstances with my travel. I tried to call and adjust my tour, but no one answered to confirm or even refuse. I’m deeply disappointed and insulted that they were happy to take my money, and didn’t even attempt to reassure me or respect my situation.

3.00Frankly, it was like the sales trips. Very early we had to be at the pick-up point (7am) to make a stop at the Golden Gate. Everything was in the fog in the morning. Continue to Muir Woods. Just been driven there and let out. At 8.30 a.m. a bit crass. Not even the Cafe/Shopping store was up. After 1 1/2 laps - good for the weather nobody can get anything (rain) - and we continued to Sausalitos Been let out here outside a restaurant with a voucher and the ferry ticket. Forced food. We had to spend 2 hours in Sausalitos before the ferry went back. That was the lead..... Arrived in San Francisco independently to Pier 33 where we went to Alcatraz. At 2:30 in the afternoon. It was so crowded as this is exactly the peak time. No one seen by the group or driver. Alcatraz with audio (language selectable). But got everyone who has a ticket. Back also queued again miserably long. The ferry should run every half hour. Which she didn't. Maybe every 45 minutes, if not longer. The ferries coming from San Francisco were much emptier as of 4 p.m.
