1.00I wouldn't even give it a 1. Very poor directions in all aspects. The no refund policy is really beyond bad business. The App seems to be set up for failure. Total failure in all aspects.

4.00Once we got the hang of the Let’s Roam app, our group had a great time. The initial setup wasn’t intuitive—we spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to get the scavenger hunt set up on each person’s phone. It also wasn’t entirely clear from the description whether a separate ticket was needed for each participant, but it is—so each person in the group can be assigned a role and fully participate. Also, keep in mind that photos taken within the app don’t include location data or other metadata typically captured by a phone’s native camera. Despite the setup challenges, the experience itself was enjoyable. It was a creative and engaging way to explore the area and have fun with family. We would definitely recommend it.
App failure and poor customer service.

1.00I’m not sure what happened here, but after paying $25 and downloading the app, we were unable to activate the self guided tour. You were supposed to enter an activation code which we could not find anywhere on the site, app or emails associated with the tour. We spent 30 minutes looking and re-downloading the app before calling the 1800 number. The help line was a third party company, which was of course useless. There was a QR code associated with the app and we thought, maybe just maybe, if we went to the starting point of the tour we could somehow find a QR reader and scan and activate the hunt. So although we knew the starting point from info on the app, when we got there it was a no go. They got the money and we got the headaches. Others that have left reviews seemed not to have any problems, so I'm at a loss as to what happened. It's too bad there isn't anyone available online or by phone to help.

5.00After doing a Scavenger hunt in Springfield, Mass, I decided to book this one for my husband's birthday, as our family loved doing the one in Springfield. This scavenger hunt, hands down, was the better of the two. We had a wonderful time looking for the next place and finding the clues to answer in order to move on to the next place. We enjoyed this very much and highly recommend it! Thank you!

1.00It took three college degrees, 45 minutes, and a call to customer service to figure out how to get started with the proper code. The second location couldn't be accessed; we gave up and went to the bar instead. After the bar, however, we trespassed on a pier and made out for 90 minutes, so that was cool.

5.00We were trying to figure out what to do on our date. We saw this is looked like so much fun and it truly was. The only thing i would say about this is that you don't have to go to where it says 0 feet. You can check in anyways and you'll probably be there.
