  My 14 year old daughter and I took this class when we visited Cartagena. It was a wonderful way to get out of the afternoon heat, learn about traditional techniques, and eat some absolutely delicious ice cream with unique local flavors. I highly recommend!

  I booked Paula’s Slow Food Traditional Ice Cream Tour for my wife and two sons, and they absolutely loved every moment of it! Making ice cream from scratch—without all the added preservatives—was such a rewarding experience. Paula guided them through the entire process, allowing them to handcraft four delicious flavors. The hands-on approach made it so much fun, and the flavors were simply amazing! Watching them create and enjoy their own ice cream was a highlight of our trip. If you love ice cream, this is an absolute must-do in Cartagena! The experience is not just about the final product but about the joy of making something fresh and natural. Highly recommended!   What a true and wonderful experience this was. We started with the blind fruit tasting, of local fruits. We then started the ice cream making process as we were told the history and a lot about the ancient culture. We made four different ice creams that we got to eat, and they were delicious. I highly recommend this experience, it was one of our favorite things to do when we were in Cartagena for the week.

  This was such a fun experience! Paula was really knowledgeable and good at explaining the process. The ice cream came out great and tasted delicious! This is a must if you like ice cream. Very refreshing activity in the Colombian heat.
