• An Unforgettable Annapurna Journey with Glorious Himalaya

  As the founder of Open Circle Yoga Studio in Abu Dhabi, I regularly bring people together for experiences that support growth, connection, and self-discovery. This year, we took a group of 11 participants from our yoga and meditation community to the Annapurna region. Many of them live comfortable urban lives, so guiding them into the mountains while also creating space for yoga, meditation, reflection, and silence was not an easy task. From the very beginning, Ganesh at Glorious Himalaya was exceptional. Our group had many questions, coming from different people at different times, and he responded to every one of them with remarkable patience, care, and professionalism. Throughout the planning process, he was cooperative, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us create the experience we envisioned. Ganesh assigned us a guide named Prakash, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Despite his young age, he demonstrated incredible maturity, patience, and leadership. He understood the unique nature of our group and consistently helped us create spaces for yoga and meditation wherever we stayed. He worked closely with the tea houses to support periods of quietness and practice, which made a huge difference to our experience. What stood out most about Prakash was his balance of flexibility and responsibility. He gave participants the freedom to move at their own pace without pressure or judgment. At the same time, whenever safety was involved, he remained firm and clear, refusing to compromise. That combination of kindness, patience, and strong judgment made us feel safe and well cared for throughout the journey. The porters also deserve special recognition. They were far more than people carrying our bags. Every evening, they became part of the experience, sharing their joy, serving with warmth, singing songs, playing music, and creating a sense of family that touched all of us deeply. Their spirit and generosity added something truly special to the trek. Throughout the journey, Ganesh checked in with us personally to ensure everything was going smoothly. We felt supported from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. If you are looking for a trekking company that combines professionalism, flexibility, genuine care, and outstanding people, I wholeheartedly recommend Glorious Himalaya. They helped us create far more than a trek—they helped us create a meaningful life experience that our group will remember for years to come.   I recently booked the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Glorious Himalaya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning to the end of the trip, everything was professionally organized and well managed. The team took care of all the logistics, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and an experienced guide, which allowed me to fully enjoy the trek without worrying about any arrangements.   We did the ABC trek in May 2026, and it was a beautiful trip, perfectly organised by Glorious Himalayas. They handled everything for us from the moment we landed in Kathmandu to the moment we departed, without facing any problems. Definitely recommended.

  Glorious Himalayas made our Annapurna base camp trek everything we could have asked for. They seamlessly organised all experiences from collection and transport as well as accommodation and meals allowing us to really enjoy the trek with no stress. The communication and organisation was amazing making us feel prepared and giving us lots of advice when needed. The views were magnificent and paired with our hospitable and friendly guide Rajan the whole experience was unforgettable. We are two young beginner trekkers and although the trek was challenging at times we found it very rewarding. Rajan was very accomodating to our wants and needs and rearranged our itinerary so that we could fit in more activities which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend glorious Himalayas and having a tour guide for the trek as learning about the mountains and local knowledge is a whole other step above just reaching base camp. We will un doubtably be returning to Nepal all thanks to Glorious Himalayas!!

  I booked my ABC trek with Glorious Himalaya, and I have no complaints about the trip. Everything was well organized. They arranged all the food, accommodation, and transportation for us. My guide, Rajan, was very patient. I trekked slowly while going up, but he always waited for me and checked if I was feeling okay. The service was really good. We stopped for acclimatization, and he also took many nice photos of me with beautiful mountain views in the background. Our porter, Saugat, was very helpful and friendly. He always made sure I was taken care of during the trek. Glorious Himalaya made me feel very safe, and they never left me alone. I will definitely book with Glorious Himalaya again for my next adventure in Nepal next year.

  Did the ABC trek (April '25) guided and curated superbly by Glorious Himalayas. Ganesh is down to earth, straightforward and very responsive. He delivered as per the arrangements and all arrangements made were to our satisfaction. I found the charges reasonable too. Keshab Basnet was our guide and he did an awesome job taking us to the base and back and taking care of us on the way and participating in all our silly plans enthusiastically too ! He made sure I got to visit the hot springs (where I really wanted to go) when the rest of the group was not keen on it. Trekking with Glorious Himalayas gave us much flexibility too compared to trekking with larger organisations where most things are fixed. We were a small group of 4 and had a great time with sans the headache of arranging cabs, hotels etc. I would definitely go with Glorious again.

  It was a great experience! Our guide, Keshab, was warm and accommodating. We made many changes during trek in the itinerary and Glorious Himalayas allowed us to be flexible. The scenery is quite good. We started the trek from Jhinu Danda, instead of the traditional Nayapul, as we were informed that a road had been constructed between those two points, and that the experience of walking on roads was not pleasant. I thus recommend everyone doing ABC to also start their trek from Jhinu.

  This was our group of family and friend's first trek in the Himalayas in Nepal . This trek had breathtaking views of the forests, snowclad peaks and waterfalls, rivulets, springs, glaciers. The experience of the cities- pokara, katmandu and the trek experience was enhanced by Ganesh and his team. The team was warm, welcoming and accomodated changes in the itinerary we requested. They welcomed us together with a family from US who had just finished a trek. It was a great way to start the journey . Our guide Keshab who met us on arrival and saw us off from Katmandu after return was gentle and mature. He guided and supported the trek and took great care of us. The entire experience Katmandu -katmandu was without a single hitch. Thank you Ganesh, Keshab and team!

  Absolutely incredible trip! Massive shoutout and huge thank you to our incredible guide Prakash who looked out for us, adapted our itinerary to maximise our time on the trek, was so knowledgeable, and also our lovely porter Azay, both of these wonderful people were always so positive and happy! We literally LOVED every minute of this trek including the additions of Khopra Danda and a taste of Mardi Himal which made it even more special!
