Breathtaking views from the Valley to the Pacific

5.00Luis is fantastic! Experienced hiker familiar with the entire Anton Valle. Excellent communication starting days in advance. We were lucky to be the only booking for the day making for a private experience that he customized based on our level of experience - allowing us to spend more time hiking along the peaks of La India Dormida. The afternoon is a much shorter hike on the upper portion of Cerro La Silla including more magnificent views from the peak! For those with some hiking experience looking to enjoy nature this a must. Would not recommend to those who have never hiked as it is much more than a walk through the woods - parts of the trail(s) are rocky, steep, and slick (but we never felt unsafe).

5.00Our guide Luis was superb, very passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout the day. After the drive from Panama City we hiked La India Dormida (Sleeping Indian) in the morning followed by a welcome stop for lunch in El Valle de Anton before climbing Cerra Carra Iguana in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

5.00This experience was absolutely amazing and definitely our highlight from our visit to Panama! Luis was our guide and he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He is very professional and accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with Panama. We did La India Dormida Hike and a shorter one after and the views of both were spectacular. We also stopped for lunch in between at a restaurant Luis had booked for us which was also amazing and overlooked the Anton Valley. We would highly recommend this tour and Luis. Thanks for an awesome day!

4.00Great hike BUT...Be Aware...this is strenuous with most of it comprised of steep uphill climbs. The trail is littered with leaves that are wet and slippery (One of our party actually slipped and fell twice). It can be treacherous in spots but the views at the top are spectacular

5.00Such a wonderful hike experience! I truly loved and appreciated how much our guide Luis knew about the valley de Antón, the canal and panamá in a whole. Luis was very informative, professional, friendly and really made sure that we were all happy with what we could do next after our first hike trail. I can't forget about our amazing driver Paola! She's a fantastic driver and she was very polite, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend this excursion for anyone looking for a new challenge that either hasn't hiked before or loves hiking!

5.00We enjoyed an amazing day exploring Valle de Antón, hiking India Dormida, authentic Panamanian lunch, and then visiting Chorro Macho waterfall. Our tour guide Luis and driver Paola were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The day was wonderful and I would highly recommend. I would do this again!

5.00Great tour. Our guide Luis is great. We only have 3 people on this tour and we are all physically fit, so he customized the tour to give us a lot of hiking. The trails are great and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who is seeking nature and some physical activity in Panama.

5.00My husband and I reserved a hiking tour thru VIATOR Company. Our tour guide Luis and driver were on time to pick us up at our hotel. Our tour guide Luis is very professional and knowledgeable explains to us the history while we are hiking and what the day would entail. Even though it was raining at time during the first part of the hike, Luis guide us safely us the mountain of the INDIA DORMIDA. Normally after the 2 hours hike, we would go for lunch. Instead, we ask the guide if we could do the 2nd hike instead of going to lunch and he said we could and it turns out to be a good idea. We hike up mount CERRO LA SILLA to the WHITE CROSS and the STATUE of the VIRGIN MARY on the opposite side of the mountain. Luis is an excellent tour hike and our driver did a great good job driving us to and from Panama City to the hiking site. Most of all we arrived back to our hotel on time and safely. We highly recommend this tour. Happy customers from North Carolina, USA
