ジャヤ・スリ・マハ・ボーディ（Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi）は、アヌラーダプラのマハメウナ庭園にあるイチジクの聖なる木（Ficus religiosa）である。 植栽年代が分かっており、連続的に記録された歴史を持つ世界最古の人間植栽木と考えられている。 この崇拝される木はガウタマ仏に最も近い生きたつながりである。

Great guided tour of many of the sights of Anuradhapura

5.00We had a great experience viewing the sights of Anuradhapura with our guide. He was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. There was no rush and we were able to spend as long as we wanted at each location. There is so much to see and although the tour can’t cover everything it included a huge amount and certainly enough to take in on a single tour. The admission fee was $30 per person and was well worth the cost. The guided tour was good value for money

5.00We choose this tour for a holiday trip. The holder is very friendly and response promptly. Also, the TUK TUK they offered is clean and tidy and quite new which provides us with comfortable and more safety ride. The driver is also very experienced and shown us many extraordinary views. Furthermore, the licensed tour guide is qualified and so knowledgeable. He leaded us to visit most of the sacred ancient city sites and shared us many useful historical knowledge. Overall, this tour gave us a fabulous and unforgettable journey in Anuradhapura. We really appreciate the efforts from the tour team. Certainly, it will be our valuable lifetime memory.
