5.00The tour was canceled on the day we had scheduled due to weather so we were able to go the day before. It was just us two! David, the captain of the vessel, made the experience an amazing one. Although the waters were a bit rough, he maintained the ship very well. The catamaran was definitely luxury.

5.00Such a great trip with a wonderful guide. Arno/Arnault was friendly and professional. He gave us some history of Tromsø and even took us to a former NATO submarine base. The boat was clean and had snacks and drinks. The views were beautiful.

1.00Absolutely awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional company. We booked the day tour with them on October 22nd 2024. They called us 45 minutes before we were meant to leave to let us know the trip had been cancelled because “another boat hit them overnight”. They called us and did not give us any proof of cancellation so it says I still went on the trip. They did not seem apologetic and did not even offer to rebook our tour. I still have not been refunded and it has been over two weeks. Please do not book with this company, I feel like I got scammed.
