5.00We had such a lovely afternoon with Hina and Jun, exploring Asakusa’s history and food culture. It was so lovely having genuine conversations with our guide and her assistant. She explained the history and significance of the temple and shrine and guided us through the cleansing and steps to offer respect and an offering to the temple. We each received our fortunes and purchased shrine charms, omamori before exploring the area. We had some amazing matcha, visited the culinary shopping district and talked along the way. It was a wonderful and intimate tour, which the whole family enjoyed immensely.
