Excellent tour guides - very knowledgable. Mini bus very comfortable and packed lunch good value. Both places well worth going to. Warning alot of walking involved wear comfortable shoes

Very worthwhile. The salt mine is fun but be aware that there are a lot of stairs (about 800) although only down. There is also a lot of walking. Auschwitz is moving and is a must-do for everyone.

Long but very informative day out. We did the Salt Mines tour first, which was fascinating, followed by a fairly long drive to Aushcwitz. This was quite harrowing, as expected, but useful to have the tour guide.
Amazing day trip to 2 important places in Krakow

We really had a fulfilling experience in this day trip, first to Salt mine which was a really nice place to explore and second to Auschwitz Birkenau which was very intense. We recommend this tour, Valerie is a very nice guide!

The tour and info was what we expected. Very informative. However; the pace was way to fast. I was suffering from leg cramps and myself and a woman with crutches were continuously fell way behind the group. The guide never slowed down once. If I wasn't a history teacher I wouldn't have much info about the facts and history of the camps.
I loved it, except for the driver's sudden stops.

They say you will walk a lot, but it is really worth it. I truly recommend the experience; there are two visits you cannot miss if you go to Krakow.

Absolute must-see historical sites. Visiting Auschwitz was a heavy, profound reminder of history, while the salt mines were a fascinating and wonderful surprise. Important tips: You need an ID to enter Auschwitz (a photo on your phone works!). Also, be prepared for a lot of stairs at both locations, making them difficult for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. Highly recommend!

From the pick up with Thomas we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Recommend this tour as a combo if you have the 11ish hours 7:25-18:25 with transportation. The salt mines were amazing and our tour guide Lucyna very sweet and informative. Wojtek was our guide at Auschwitz and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him and answered all questions. Be prepared to walk and climb some stairs…. 850 steps down to Salt Mine (Lyft back up) and many ups and downs on the camp. Thanks again Thomas for a great drive and humor.

Very efficient tour, visiting 2 places in the same day. There were times we could buy some snacks. it was also not rushed. Unforgettable experience. Good guides and driver. We do walk a lot but we have time to rest, like between the mine and Auschwitz for example.

Thomas was my driver and he was helpful and kind. He stayed to schedule and we were early to our destinations. I would book with them again. It felt safe even as a solo traveler.
