What To Expect
このプログラムの参加者は、オリジナルのオーストリアのアップルシュトゥルーデルを準備する方法を学びます。 授業中は経験豊富なシェフが指導します。 3～5名の少人数グループで、準備の全段階にフル参加していただきます。 お菓子をのばすなどのアクティビティは、非常に楽しいことができますし、シュトゥルーデルを作る全体の経験は、最終的な結果自体を楽しむのと同じくらいやりがいがあることが保証されています。 Apple Strudelに加えて、参加者は、ザルツブルクで最も有名で壮大なデザートの1つを試すチャンスがあります-ザルツブルクのノッケルまたはプログラムに応じて、独自のふわふわのザルツブルクプレゼル。 プログラムには、昼食に伝統的なグーラッシュスープも含まれており、自分で焼いた創作物を手に入れる前に提供されます（ベジタリアン/ヴィーガンランチのオプションもあります ） 。

5.00A wonderful experience all round!! I booked this for my husbands 60th birthday! A must do if you are holidaying in the Salzburg area!! The instruction was clear and precise. We made Apple Strudrl and Nockerel and feel competent to make them at home. A stunning setting beneath built into the hillside… like a cave inside. Met other fellow travellers also enjoying the experience. A memorable activity !!

5.00We took our family, which included 2 children (6 and 8). We made apple strudel and salzburger nockerl. While food was baking we had a gulash soup luncheon. The instructors were very informative and helpful. The class was all hands on which made this a great experience.

4.00We enjoyed the experience and were surprised how good the strudel was, considering we made it. The instructor was easy to understand and was very receptive to questions. The lunch was a simple goulash soup that was very tasty but don't count on it being sufficient if you waited until breakfast. The only comment that I have for improvement is that they should think about including a glass of wine or beer instead of charging 5 euro for it. They could charge more if need be.
