  They did not follow the itinerary which said 1 hour at Lake Louise which did happen. It stated 2 hours at Moraine Lake, and we were given 1 hour. We felt very rushed at Moraine Lake as 1 hour wasn't enough time. It stated the tour would be approximately 4 hours and it was a little over 3 hours. The driver/tour guide was bilingual, but it was very difficult to understand his English. I would not book this tour again as it was misleading and would not consider this a tour.

  Great time. Beautiful views. Ample time at each site. Tour stated water is provided, but it wasn’t offered. When asked, the driver seemed annoyed to provide, but did.

  Pretty views and nice walking paths to observe. Enjoyed seeing the two lakes but wasn’t the best orator for us. Sean our guide was very kind. The actual tour was a bit unorganized.

  Uncomfortable experience. Driver was unorganized. Can’t understand the history he’s telling you. But you do get VIP drop off at both lakes if this is your only option. I wouldn’t book this again

  Our driver, Chin, was absolutely wonderful. He was so accommodating to our needs. He also was very friendly and had a gray sense of humor. There was a little miscommunication with the company but Chin went out of his way that it was all straightened out and we had a great time

  We were the only two people on a shuttle bus that had 12 seats. The driver was very nice and gave us plenty of time at Lake Moraine and Lake Louise.

• National Park Tour Bus to the Lakes!

  Rainy day, but still a great trip. Bus was on time and everything was well signed for parking and tickets. Beautiful walk at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The bus is the only way to Moraine Lake and the easiest way to both.

  What a great tour! Lucas was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, kind and super helpful in guiding us to the best trails and photo ops! Moraine lake is a must! Great communication on pickup and drop off details.
