  Really enjoyed this trip! Got to experience the hustle and bustle of the railway market with a tasty smoothie and a great view followed by the serenity of the boat tour. I loved tasting the coconut sugar! Had a great lunch as well. The transport van was super comfortable and modern with plenty of space and a nice ride.

  The first stop of the day was at the Maeklong Train Market. By the time we arrived, the crowd had already grown very large in anticipation of the train's arrival. As the time for the train's scheduled appearance, the vendors quickly folded the awnings, closed umbrellas and pushed trays, tables and chairs to safety along the tracks. Finally, the locomotive slowly made its way along the track just inches from the crowd that was eager to take photos and videos perfect for sharing with their friends, family and social media followers. At Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, we boarded wooden boats, and glided leisurely through the various canals as we watched and listened to vendors as they called to us from boats or from the canal side as they enthusiastically hawked their wares. The boat ride was followed by a very nice lunch right there in the market itself. Finally, we visited a local home where they carry on the age-old tradition of making sugar from coconuts. We were told that not only do they make sugar from coconuts, but also such things as brooms, coconut beverages, and even coconut wine. Visitors who arrive during the morning operating hours will be able to enjoy a hands-on traditional sugar-making activity. Shin, our guide, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Throughout the day, the van driver’s skill and professionalism ensured a safe, smooth ride, allowing us all to simply relax, enjoy each other's company, and savor Thailand’s timeless charm.

• Railway Market Adventure and Venice in Bangkok

  Most exciting experience to see was the railway passing through the market and walking on the train tracks as well with lively vendors selling goods. The Floating market was also fun like Venice in Bangkok, I enjoyed the paddle boat ride a lot but there might be some motor smoke - recommend to wear a mask. It is also a very rare opportunity to visit a traditional wooden Thai house, worth it because you will learn about the coconut sugar making which is very hard to find. Magical Trip Bangkok guide was magical! Great host!

  ​Our Thai guides from Magical trip were outstanding, providing a wealth of knowledge and making the journey a delight! The restaurant and cafés we were taken to were incredibly nice, providing a true taste of local flavors. Witnessing the trains pass through the Maeklong Railway Market was an unforgettable spectacle, and the boat ride at the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market offered a beautiful glimpse into a vibrant, traditional way of life. A truly amazing experience!
