What To Expect

Food was delicious and our chef was really awesome. Chefs Andres an and Gabrielle took time to really explain everything to us and made the experience very fun and memorable. Thank you chefs!!!

Great time with Hugo and Lorenzo. The entire experience was wonderful from going to the market, to making (and drinking) sangria, to making the paella with other guests. Whether you are a cook or just like to eat, I would recommend it as a terrific use of time.

It was a wonderful experience! The market was incredible and the class was so fun, educational, and delicious!! Chef Andres was amazing. The portions were huge (come hungry)! We did this as a family husbands, 16 year-old daughter, and self) and it was a perfect activity to end our Spain vacation.

Loved this! We had so much fun. Gaby and Hugo were very helpful and accommodating. They accommodated my food allergies with no problem. The group was fun and the food was delicious. The market incredible. It makes me want to live here! We will definitely have this at home

It was an amazing experience. Gabriela took us to the Boqueria to get our seafood. She gave a lesson on how to choose the seafood for the Paella. The class itself was wonderful. We learned so much and everything was so good.

Amazing class! Great instructor, Janto, and sous chef, Kim! It was a lot of fun, from the market where we learned about how to purchase the freshest seafood, learning the steep by step of cooking it, to eating the delicious creatation. Highly recommend!
