History and rum tasting

5.00We went as an excursion with our TUI cruise. The transport was great, air conditioned with great suspension. The driver was very helpful and informative giving us a great historical tour of Basseterre. At the plantation/ manor the tour itself was excellently presented by a lovely lady who I think was called Meesha and the welcome rum was lushidissious. The tour concludes with a fantastic rum tasting and history Lesson of the rum production. There is a chance to buy some local rum in the small shop and lovely grounds to wonder around. The tour concludes with a short visit to some fort ruins with fantastic views of the bay area. 10/10 worth every penny

5.00Elvis was an superb tour guide. Provided us with easy directions to pickup location at the Basseterre port, very comfortable minivan, wonderful descriptions about the people and history of St. Kitt's & Nevis, a beautiful tour including several stops for photo ops and plantation visits, excellent place to enjoy awesome lunch at a beach club, etc. Would highly recommend this tour!
Horrible transportation, not worth the money paid.

1.00The tour itself, as far as the places visited, was fine, as was our driver/guide. He was friendly snd courteous and gave us lots of great information. However, the transportation was awful. The seats set up high and there was almost no leg room for my husband. There was a wooden panel blocking our view to the front. The sides of the van had metal panels about half way down the windows, so we could see very little out the side windows. My wheelchair was not truly secured and leaned to the left the entire trip. There was no air conditioning snd the windows did not fully open so it was extremely hot. Altogether a miserable experience.

5.00This was a great tour! Elvis Williams is a first-class guide. The tour was just for the two of us. He knew all the plants, all the history we wanted to learn about, and he was more than helpful with my mobility issues For instance, he arranged for me to get in special entrances so that I could use my walker successfully. Thank you, Elvis!
