  As a complete beginner, I had an amazing experience with this surf lesson. My coach this time was Coach Abu, and he was incredibly patient, encouraging, and always had a friendly smile. He explained everything clearly, from basic techniques to ocean safety, which made me feel confident even on my first day. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to catch several good waves and even stand up more than I expected. Highly recommended for anyone new to surfing — you’ll feel safe, supported, and have a lot of fun.

  Easy booking process and good communication from surf school prior to trip. Bayu and the other instructors were brilliant and had both of us riding much bigger waves than we ever have before. Lots of fun, highly recommend.

  I had such a great time as a newbie learning to surf with these guys! I even did an extra day and can't wait to get out there and do it again :) Your best deal is to get the whole package, including the lodging and video. Its very helpful to watch your technique and get feedback from the team and then go out and try some more. I only wish I had done it sooner!

  I had an incredible experience with Nakaya Surf School in Lombok! From the moment I reached out, Wayan, the owner was extremely responsive and organized. They picked up and dropped me off at my hotel, very convenient!! There is equipment and surf shirt available. ☺️ The instructor, Patock was not only attentive but also patient. He made this class awesome! (Thank you!!) Despite only taking one class, he put in a lot of effort to help me stand on the board. Their dedication and expertise truly made the experience unforgettable. It made me want to do longer class!! recommended.

  Absolutely recommend this school, either for solo or group classes. The staff is absolutely incredible and always available! We encounter an issue upon arrival and they went above and beyond to help us sort it. The teachers are fun and experienced. Can’t wait to be back to do more surfing 🏄‍♀️

  I discovered surfing for the first time with Nayaka. It was an amazing experience, the teachers were great: smily, encouraging and they knew perfectly how to guide me. The spot is just perfect because they are a lot of waves, and they are easy to surf on, without to many people. I was supposed to take one class and decided to take another one the next day :) I recommend 100%! Thanks again to the whole team Victoire
