  Vivie is amazing! The tour was absolutely perfect. We did the 1 day package and it was so easy and organized. She has impressively good English, has a lot of good facts and knowledge but also can keep the group entertained with jokes and games. I really recommend her! She also took us to eat at an amazing Chinese food restaraunt.

  First time to Beijing and our family were so glad to meet Vivie as our guide. Vivie took us to visit the Forbidden City, the Great Wall of China and Summer Palace; we learnt so much from her as she is really knowledgeable. Excellent recommendations for food options: Peking Duck and meals that felt homecooked. She really goes the extra mile for her guests and will take note of your likes as for us making a trip to a tea street and helping us get really nice tea though it wasn't in the itinerary.   Thanks to Wendy Wei Tour, we got one of the best English- speaking tour guide in Beijing, Vivie Pan for our private tour for a family of 7. Vivie is extremely knowlegeable, in English and Mandarin. She has all the information for every single attraction at fingertips. Friendly, helpful and approachable, Vivie is also accomodating and trust-worthy. She takes pride in her job and is passionate about her work. She made visiting Beijing attractions a breeze. She took us to good and affordable restaurants for lunch and arranges the schedules well. Her explanation and knowledge of all the places of interest amazed us! Do engage her, if you want a seamless and fuss-free private tour in Beijing.   Wow where Do I start ! I did a lot of planning to make this happen …. After getting the right layover flight I discussed with vivie our choice of destinations that were possible in the time frame and she sorted it all out ! Collected us at the airport and off we went ! She is super knowledgeable and extremely friendly … felt like I had known her forever ! She is also an awsome private photographer 😂 and captured our tour perfectly!!!   Vivie has made our trip to Beijing in more than one way. Communication upfront - very clear and cooperative. As a family with 2 kids (7 and 10) we had a long wishlist for Beijing - and Vivie suggested a planning. Airport pickup was excellent - arriving in China as a European is not easy. First day (on time - as always), very welcoming and we enjoyed the Hutongs (E-bikes, very nice, and safe with the kids on the backseat) - Lama Temple, Forbidden city afterwards. Vivie knows her ways to get into places that are otherwise not possible to visit (will not give away those secrets). 2nd day - It really helped that she has a large network. Due to weather conditions our itinerary required changes - some attractions were closed - However Vivie managed to get us in (buying tickets in advance, driving up to the great wall, dodging traffic and parkings - reducing the walking time in 35+ degrees). We were very lucky some of the attractions opened just before arrival and got to see Ming Tombs and the Great Wall with very few people (and were the last ones using the slides down). 3rd day Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven and Acrobatics. A bit of 'exclusive' shopping - (not needed but we requested :). Vivie took us to a nice restaurant on the way to the airport. Her English is very good, she is very knowledgeable about the history of China. The kids? Well.. they miss her already. Personal touch, flexibility, highly recommend! We'd love to come back and meet again.

  Vivie is a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. She speaks and understands the English language perfectly and could even cope with my heavy accent. She transported us safety between the places of interest in her own car and collected us from our hotel and brought us back in the evening. She even took us to places to eat off the traditional tourist trails. Can't recommend Vivie highly enough, She is the perfect guide!

  Vivie is amazing, best tour guide ever. She waits for you in the airport and drives you to the Great Wall and Forbidden City. She explains you the history, buys you tickets and takes you to have lunch/dinner. Besides the "basic" she took us for a Tea class and for shopping (extra tour). Vivie now is our friend, and we are waiting for her visit in Madrid : ) Paul & Monique
