  We did the 3 day tour in San Pedro de Atacama with the team at Pukarumi. Every activity was well organised and we received timely updates about the itinerary and what to bring. The guides and drivers were excellent and provided an attentive and personal service. We did 3 tours with Andres and one with Ana. Both were very knowledgeable and explained the tour and the history, geology and details of the respective sites. The food and drink at our rest stops was incredible and was prepared by our guides and drivers. We could not have asked for more and will certainly use Pukarumi when we return to the Atacama.   The organisation & communication could not have been better. Ensure you have WhatsApp set up before you go & you are kept up to date before & during your tours. Friendly guides & saw some stunning sights. Offered alternatives, re-organisation, or refunds when affected by weather. Excellent. Food & drink lovely too.

  Places you would never normally go. It's a unique experience. The altitude of 4,000 meters does not exist in Japan. It was my first time to experience it! Encounters with animals such as geysers and vicuñas. The train windows are beautiful and I can't get enough of them.

  from JP. 🇯🇵日本から1日以上かけてようやく訪れることができましたが、その価値は十分にありました。日本では見られない圧倒的な砂漠の景色は必見です。現地のオペレーション（空港送迎やホテルまでのピックアップ）が非常に正確で、ストレスなく楽しめたのが印象的です。スタッフや周囲の旅行客もフレンドリーで、非常に質の高い体験ができました。アクセスは大変ですが、再訪を誓いたくなるほど素晴らしい場所です。 （Eng）It took over a day to fly from Japan, but it was absolutely worth it. The desert landscapes are breathtaking and unlike anything you can see in Japan—a must-visit destination. I was particularly impressed by the seamless local operations, from the airport transfers to the hotel pick-ups, which made the trip stress-free. The tour staff and fellow travelers were all wonderful, making for a truly high-quality experience.   We participated in several tours during our stay in San Pedro and all were very well guided. Special attention to the guides Francisco, Isi and Soraya. Excellent drivers. Well prepared food and great organization. Well structured and reliable company.

  Easy booking experience, friendly and helpful staff. We debated driving ourselves but were glad we did these tours instead. Food was really good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast!

  I spent 6 days in San Pedro with my wife and we did all the tours with Pukarumi. It was an amazing experience, we have nothing to complain about, just compliments. The guides are very complete and friendly, we can't even say which one is our favorite (thank you Felipe, Soraya, Isi and Brandon). Equally irretrievable was the service of the drivers (Clodo, Geraldo, David and Patricio). On the astronomical tour we were delighted with Eli’s Spanish and English explanation, as well as the photos of Patricios. In addition, we had a problem with our card when arriving in Chile, and, employees Mariana, Mayra and Ciro helped us solve. (Ja was all paid and still worried about us) We recommend everyone, compared with the services of other companies or is superior or leaves nothing to be desired

  Simply LOVED by Pukarumi’s IMPECABLE work! We did all our tours with the company and point with closed eyes! They are very well organized, punctual and helpful. We made tours with the Guides Brendan, Soraya and Anita, all wonderful and very committed and make the experience really amazing. The manha coffee and lunch were very well served and very tasty. • Great Travel agency in Atacama

  Did several tours through this Agency while in San Pedro de Atacama - geysers, astronomy tour, swimming in salt lagoons and hiking and sunset in the desert. Everything was seamless, pick ups, great communication by agency and tour guides, who were very knowledgeable and managed well descriptions in not Spanish and English. They even arranged pick up and drop off at/to the Calama airport. Great job guys, I will have great memories from this trip.
