  Terrific tour of Zurich and some of the areas around Zurich. Gave a good overview and some lovely sites of the city from outside the city. Our tour guide Marcel was knowledgeable and humorous. Francesco was a skilled driver and very friendly. We would recommend as a great introduction to the lovely city of Zurich!

• Deceptively advertised

  Not exactly as advertised. You will spend 80% of your time on the bus. The Old Town walking tour was 10 minutes. The ferry ride is via a car ferry which move the bus across the lake - again about 10 minutes. Deceptively advertised!

  I didn’t like that it was in Spanish and English. I thought I signed up for English. So I think it could’ve been Better I signed up for an English chore. There’s only one Spanish-speaking on our bus. I think it should’ve been on another tour not ours. but otherwise our guide did her best !

  Comprehensive, educational and fun! Loved seeing the different areas of Zurich, especially from the ferry over the lake and from the top of the hill from the cable car and mountaintop restaurant. I was a hit with my family for booking this excursion for all of us!

  Disappointment was the most memorable part of our tour. Me and my wife booked the tour through Viator, paid money and got confirmation. On the day at meeting point, both of us and a few more tourist were told that Viator has overbooked the tour and there is no space in the bus. All of us disappointed. All the money spent on traveling to Zürich and meeting point was wasted. Although Viator refunded the tour fee but traveling money and a day was wasted. I will not recommend Viator to family/ friends. This happened second time with me.
