Tour guide, Pieter was up-beat, on-time and knowledgeable about the area. We were picked up at our hotel in a clean van and offered water. We were comfortable and relaxed and would highly recommend both Via Via and Pieter. Seamless process from online booking, to confirmation, to tour, to back “home”. My grandma and I took the Moraine Shuttle trip. The driver Bec was so knowledgeable and kind during the trip. This is something I would recommend to those who want to become more familiar with the region and explore a beautiful lake!

I had several tour companies booked in advance for my trip to Banff. Some had to cancel because of minimum participant requirements so I was looking for a shuttle and found Via Via Moraine. I wish I had booked this company for my whole stay because they were amazing! Leo is so nice and an absolute pleasure to talk to on the ride. One of the other shuttle companies I booked on a different day had actually left me at the lake even though I was on time they left early thinking they had everyone. When I ran into Leo and told him this he offered to take me back to town of the driver never showed up. The driver did eventually show up but I would have much rather went with Leo! I have already booked my air bnb for next summer and this time I won’t make the mistake of booking anyone but Via Via Moraine for my shuttle tours. Thank you!!!!

Very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The booking process was simple and we received until pickup continuous information. We were picked up at our hotel in Canmore and then driven to Lake Moraine. The driver on the way to Moraine, as well as the driver on the way back to Canmore, was extraordinarily good. They talked about Banff, their own experiences, asked questions and created a good atmosphere in the small bus. We took advantage of the opportunity to stay a little longer at Moraine Lake (extended tour) which is recommended if you want to go on a longer hike.

Excellent way to spend longer at Moraine Lake or Lake Louise than most tours allow. Knowledgeable guide during the transfer was excellent 👍
