• Best boat tour in Bora Bora

  We did almost all the guided water activities in Bora Bora and this was the best of all the experiences. Captain Jeff had great information to share and many stories from his life and work on the island. The boat is luxurious and quiet, which can be appreciated after hearing gas motors for days. This private tour has spoiled us for life. Thank you, Captain Jeff.

  Great private experience with quiet boat and visiting the 3 locations for snorkeling as shared boats do. Jeff was great and banana bread by Victoria was yummy.

  One of the best excursions we did on the island. Our host/guide Jeff was a delight. He showed us his house, gave tons of island backstory and provided delicious fresh fruit. He asked what we wanted to see and he delivered, sharks and rays..... he picked us up at our Airbnb and off we went....great trip

  I think this was our favorite tour of our week in Bora Bora! We were picked up right in front of our beachfront villa on Matira Beach. We booked this tour for our last full day on the island thinking it would be a relaxing send off - we were NOT disappointed! Our captain/guide (Jeff) was fantastic and asked us what we wanted to see. (The benefit of booking a private tour). Since we had already snorkeled a coral garden, spotted Mantas and even some Eagle rays at a distance, we asked if there was a spot to see some black tip reef sharks. Our first stop was probably the highlight of our water based activities! We were in chest deep water with snorkel gear with no fewer than 7 sharks, multiple large rays, and a variety of fish. I'm so glad we had our GoPro! Our second stop was in deeper water where we got MUCH better views of Eagle rays gliding around beneath us, and our last stop was at a sand bank for cold drinks and fresh fruit. The quiet, slow pace was just what we had hoped for and was an exceptional way to end our trip.

  Fantastic and unique experience! A private solar boat tour. Moreover, Jeff was born in Bora and lives there; he will take you to the best spots depending on the weather. His solar boat is very comfortable. We are alone at the spots and have time to enjoy them. GoPro provided to capture your day. Drinks, fruits, and towels available. We saw manta rays, stingrays, leopard rays, sharks, multiple fish, and the coral garden with all the explanations. Thank you, Jeff, not to forget Victoria, his wife, who manages the WhatsApp and email communications. When we return to Bora, we will repeat the experience.   This was by far our favorite experience in Bora Bora. Jeff, our captain, was incredible. He offered to take us anywhere we wanted to go, and we told him it was our first time on the island he offered to take us to the best spots. He took time to make sure we were comfortable and even got in the water with us to show us the best spots. As we cruised around the lagoon he told us all about the history and culture of French Polynesian and Bora Bora. He brought fresh fruit from his home for us to snack on and made us feel like family. We swam with sting rays, eagle rays, sharks, and spent time at the beautiful coral gardens. If you go to Bora Bora, this is an absolute must do!

  We had the most incredible experience sailing with Jeff—truly the highlight of our trip! From the moment we met him, he was so kind, welcoming, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Jeff not only took us to some of the most beautiful spots around Bora Bora, but he also captured the entire experience with amazing photos and videos on his GoPro—memories we will cherish forever. That personal touch meant so much to us. I was a little nervous about snorkeling at first, but Jeff encouraged me and stayed by my side the entire time, making me feel completely safe and at ease. Thanks to him, it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day! Everything about this excursion was perfect—from the views to the experience to Jeff himself.   Jeff is very knowledgeable & patient if you are not an expert snorkeler. He got into the water with us at our first stop & helped us spot a couple of manta rays. After that, we headed to the coral garden. Even as you approach the coral garden, the different shades of blue water are surreal. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t think it’s real! We got to swim with a few reef sharks & tons of fish. We were sad to see the abandoned Sofitel hotel as it is in such a beautiful spot right on the coral garden. We also passed by the Intercontinental Le Moana which is right by the coral garden so that may be worth noting. On our way back, Jeff spotted a group of 10 eagle rays & I was able to jump into the water & swim with them for a bit! I also want to add that the communication prior to the excursion was excellent. We experienced bad weather a few hours before the excursion & they were very generous in allowing us to post pone but fortunately the weather improved. He even generously allowed us to borrow his fins & use of his go pro if we wanted. This is one of those experiences that we will not forget. If we return, we would book again & I will be recommending this tour to the travel agents that I work with.
