• Great excursion, no video.

  I would have given this a 5, however, I never got the email to be able to purchase the video. And yes, I checked spam/junk. When I called the number to check on it, I got a recording and it hung up on me. I then called the Trip Advisor affiliate number and they were able to contact this outfit. They said that they no longer had the video. They deleted it, apparently. Less than 2 months since the excursion. In this day and age, that’s ridiculous. I then tried to call the direct number again and it just hung up on me. Extremely disappointed.

  It is a must—especially for people who don’t have a scuba diving license or for small kids. Very friendly experience, and you get to see the beautiful ocean while they show you all kinds of things. Yes, I would definitely recommend it and will absolutely come back.

  Trip got cancelled which is fine understand safety but we weren’t told until after we left our pickup and were driven 15m to another resort on a small boat. It would have been nice as this was 10:15 to know this before and had some time to replan our day.

  Ben and Remy made this an exceptional tour! The underwater scooter is genius. We saw many varieties of fish and sea life. Ben was a great guide. This was the most fun we’ve had on our vacation so far. If you’re afraid to dive but that experience this is for you! It’s a little expensive but totally worth it!

  It was a really fun activity and the guides were extremely patient with my nervousness. The actual experience is 30 mins as the rest of the time is to transport you there and back, and also to (soft) pitch you to buy the video & pictures.

  It was an amazing and unique experience. Your head and neck stay above water and its slow moving so I didnt find it intimidating. You just follow your guide and see amazing fish and other underwater sites up close.

  This was a very interesting trip, and quite different from the snorkeling experiences we usually have. Our guides Frederick and Remy were great. The fish gather thick around us. They're drawn by food (bananas), but it's still fascinating. One pretty wrasse even swam into our scooter briefly! I particularly liked the part about going down to about 10 feet deep. I can't dive well while snorkeling because my ears need more time to adjust than most people. This was a gradual descent and my ears handled it fine, so I got to see depths I normally I can't go to. We didn't see as much as we would while snorkeling freely, but I still appreciated the uniqueness of the experience. This would be an especially good activity for anyone who wants to have the submarine experience but doesn't want to gear up or isn't comfortable breathing through a snorkel.

  Such a fun and unique experience in Bora Bora! The crew was super friendly. The scooter was easy to use and the views were amazing — only downside was the $95 photo/video package, which we skipped.
