  Brilliant tour, the tour guide (sorry I cannot remember his name) brilliant! Very informative and happy to ask any questions that any of us had. Local knowledge of the areas covered was also given.

  Attila was a great guide. He had maps, illustrations and a depth of knowledge about the history of Hungary. We appreciated the pace of the tour and the recommendations for restaurants, cafes and things to do outside of Budapest.

  Fully recommend these walking tours as they give a great orientation and overview of a city, before you go off and explore for yourself. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Budapest, we felt privileged to have the knowledge of a university lecturer. Information given was clear and concise, with enough extra thrown in. We enjoyed the quirkiness of our guide, but others were shot down when they asked questions. Budapest is AMAZING! We enjoyed ourselves and learnt a lot.

  The tour was very informative, moved at a great pace and the guide was engaging. I have nothing bad to say about this tour. It was a great way to get our bearings in Budapest on our first full day. Would highly recommend this tour. I just wish I could remember our guide’s name. He was lovely.

  She is really knowledgeable and the tours is really great and becomes better the longer the tours goes on. I learned so much important information about Hungary and Budapest that I have now been sharing with friends since! I thing to keep in mind: Victoria walks and talks fast, of course she will wait for you if you walk slower and you can ask questions if you missed something etc. But if you want a really slow tour and walk really slowly maybe this tour isn't for you

  Very schematic. Run by some uni tersestong buildings with dates and architects names you will forget in 15 min but miss major landmarks such as Tree of Life. No history background. No time for questions. Felt very rushed and no feeling of the city after this excursion. More stress on decay then history

  Great tour and although there was a lot of walking it was at a leisurely pace. Guide , Victoria, was very informative and very easy to understand. Meeting point was easy to find and the ending point good for onward travel.

  Victoria was amazingly knowledgable and a Hungarian historian who also brought us many graphics and maps that helped us to understand the geography and conflicts over time. Admission fee was free but I gave a robust tip. The atmosphere was friendly and respectful, The class size was 14 but I came alone. She helped me find an Uber pick up location in the end. She was also respectful of a participant that was in a wheelchair.
