  I would not recommend booking this package unless it is significantly cheaper than buying the components yourself. The Parliament tour itself was actually very good, but it’s important to note that this is not run by the tour operator. They simply package together tickets that are available elsewhere. If you book far enough in advance, you may be able to obtain Parliament tickets directly and potentially save money. The real disappointment was the Danube cruise. The experience was materially different from what was advertised. The included drink was never provided, the audio guides did not work, and several windows were broken or shut, which affected visibility throughout the cruise. We were also told there was space on the upper deck, but when we boarded there was not, meaning we spent most of the journey downstairs. For tickets costing around £110 per person, the overall experience simply did not offer good value for money. What was particularly frustrating was the response to the complaint afterwards. Despite multiple service failures, the company only offered a very small refund which did not, in my view, adequately reflect the problems encountered during the trip. The Parliament visit was worthwhile, but the cruise was not. If you’re planning a visit to Budapest, I would recommend arranging these activities separately rather than paying a premium for this package.

  This vendor is not recommended. As mentioned in other reviews, there was insufficient guidance and problems with the way the tour was operated (the way the company operated, requiring additional communication after booking and payment, rather than confirmation of the tour) and we presented the voucher emailed to us on the day of the event to the ticket office at the Houses of Parliament but were unable to enter as a result. I asked for a full refund because I could not get service, but it was declined. In addition, at the end of the exchange, there was a very offensive remark that I felt was very rude and insulting to the customer. We had a lot of kindness from the locals on this trip, but despite paying a high price, the only experience we had was interacting with this travel agency. This company has also had problems with bookings, such as "one person booked but is treated as two people booked" on other tours, and there are fraudulent elements, so those considering using it should be very careful.

  It was a very good tour. Beautiful place. However it worked out very much expensive. Double the price of single tickets. So if you can buy them single.

  It was an end of the 2025 on 30 Dec. In the day time, we have visited Budapest Parliament. In the night time, we have joined the river cruise. It was such a beautiful scenery to see the Budapest Parliament and Buda castle with it's beautiful light up from Danube river. Thanks to Susanna's supports via whatsapp, although it was our first visit to Budapest, everything went very smooth. We are satisfied with the tour.

  We had only 2 days in Budapest and wanted to see the most of it. We were so stressed that the Parliament tickets were sold out for weeks, but finally we could manage it with this company even in the last minute. Stunning beautiful building, impressive both outside and inside. The evening cruise was absolutely breathtaking. A fantastic way to admire all the sights from the Danube river, The staff was so kind and helpful. boarding was easy.

  The Parliament tour is fantastic -the boat cruise experience will depend on your seats. We arrived 30 minutes early only to find ourselves near the end of the line to board the boat. Some of the upper deck seats are obstructed by plastic so photos are impossible. Not the fault of Viator but it would be nice to have an open deck on top.
