  We booked a tour and they ended up not showing up, no apology and on top of that they gave the audacity to verbally attack their clients. Disgusting.

  It was a very well created itinerary far n near. Whole day is needed for this, book timing accordingly. Beautiful clear day n very friendly driver I had (sangaran) who gave us a little history at certain places we stopped. Unfortunately my main reason for booking this tour was to reach the distant place of putujarya pink mosque n area, this was all cordoned off due to independence day preparations which means I l have to book again separately after Monday (not all was inaccessible but this area only). Overall it was excellent sightseeing which was timed to keep on schedule . Wasn't able to get off at the petronas towers and take pics so that could have been skipped.   Our driver/tour guide Nagen was amazing :) Pick up on time, smooth driving in comfortable AC car. He was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had.   I enjoyed most of the sights we visited, especially in Putrajaya. I would recommend skipping the palace, though, as you aren't allowed inside or on the grounds and can't see anything from outside the gates. Also, the Batu caves require you to climb 272 steps in the heat to get to them and this wasn't possible for us, as seniors. Our driver was very accommodating and we appreciated this.
