不朽のパン作りの儀式 火と小麦粉と家族のルーツ カラブリアのパンはレシピ以上のもので、生きた遺産です。 この体験では、時間がゆっくりと進み、木煙が漂う昔ながらの田舎の農場へ招待します。 焼き方を学ぶだけでなく、何世代にもわたってコミュニティを維持してきた儀式へと導かれます。 旅は、昔の味や物語を背負い、家族に受け継がれてきた生きた食材、マザー生地（リエヴィート・マードレ）から始まります。 農家のご家族の指導のもと、リズムよくこねる技術を学びます。 忍耐と情熱がシンプルな食材を「パン」に変える仕組みを理解する 生地が上がりながら、家族と土地のストーリーを共有し、季節に根ざしたライフスタイルへの窓を提供します。 その後、薪窯の神聖な原始的な儀式について学びます。正しい木材の選び方、踊る炎の読み方、完璧な焼き上がりのために石炉を準備する方法を学びます。 エクストラバージンオリーブオイルや自家製ハチミツで霧を吹き、地元の季節の珍味とペアリングしながら、一緒に「パンを割る」良心的な食事に参加しませんか。

5.00We have been to Italy 4 times, this was the best tour we have ever taken. Enzo was a fantastic guide!!! The family that ran the farm were exceptional hosts, very warm and welcoming. The fresh made Bread, Pasta, Cheeses, Olive Oil, Wine and other food were just spectacular. The absolute best day we had in the Tropea area ever.

5.00What a fantastic experience! Enzo was such a wonderful host that took care of us during the whole experience. Started with a beautiful viewpoint at Capo Vaticano, visited wonderful biological family-run winery to end up at the countryside to get the authentic experience with a local family to make bread. I did this with my family and they, despite not speaking English loved every minute of it. Enzo is a wonderful host that make us feel part of the community and then the language barrier did not exist anymore. Fully recommend!!! ✨
