  Excellent time and a great adventure. The crew is engaging and very kind and it was a great time! I have one daughter who is afraid of heights and the other is a major thrill seeker, both were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the trip. The group leaders did a wonderful job helping to ensure everyone felt safe and confortable while also having a great time. Everyone was very engaged and practiced safety. There is a nice river pool and water slides and swings at the end of the trip and included is also some animals to pet, hold or just visit. There is also a restaurant on site and the food was absolutely delicious. Great staff and we felt very safe. There are lockers for your bags, there are bathrooms and changing rooms available if you want to swim afterwards. There is also water stops along the zip line trails which was great because it was hot! Edgar, Alexis, Fernando, Chica and all the rest of the crew were fun, funny, and made it a great experience! Will recommend to all friends and family traveling to Puerto Vallarta

  What a great experience. The crew was amazing and the views are spectacular! Hector was the man! Not only did he drive us to the place, he was up there with us the whole time while zip lining.

  Super fun experience for both kids and adults best ziplining experience ive had so far thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff out of any other zipline park I have tried plus the water area and slides are really fun as well, the interaction with the animals is also really cool!

  The zipline company was great - this vendor we bought the tour from was not. We were sent the wrong address, ubered to a random address that wasn’t even close to the pick up spot, bought the ticket thinking we were getting the boat as listed but then were told it was an hour long truck ride instead, and had to hire another tour vendor to take us to the right spot. BUT the zipline company and Pepe were great. Lots of fun for families and diverse interests as well - after ziplining you get to choose from a bunch of things to do for 60-90 minutes. Only feedback I had about the zipline was there are a ton of stairs you have to keep climbing throughout (it’s a work out) and (good and bad thing…) they move so fast getting you on and off each one that it feels a tad rushed sometimes. But I appreciated how hard working and efficient they are! You can tell they love their jobs.

• Guides were funny, kind, very helpful. Entire tour was amazing. Eduardo was especially amazing! Worth your money!

  The entire experience was top notch! My 13-yr old daughter and I had a blast! Manuel and Miguel were awesome on the boat and we stopped to watch whales and dolphins both ways! Zip lines and the entire crew were fantastic. Alexis, Fernando, Hector…. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. These guys are very professional and we felt totally safe, even on the 2000’ line and going upside down while they shoot video and take your pics. Restaurant was excellent as well. The animal sanctuary was fun as well, great photo ops. Everyone on our tour was having an excellent time, mostly families. Thank you!!

  Such a great experience!!! We had a large group and they were great to work with all ages. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel safe the entire time. There is quite a bit of hiking up stairs and hills, so be prepared!! They do have water stations after most the big hikes to help hydrate you. Few things to note: 1: wear longer biker like shorts especially women, the harness hurts your thighs 2: bug spray, bug spray bug spray!! 3: wear dark clothing you will get dirty 4: if your scared of the ocean and being in a small speed boat, don’t choose that option. It’s definitely a thrill especially if it’s stormy! Our day was rainy so we didn’t get to experience the whole river, but the kids had a blast playing in the part were did. The animal sanctuary was super cool as well! Just not that they run in “Mexican time” so they may show up late to your meeting time, but they all were great and super accommodating. Overall I would do this again and again and I’m not a thrill seeker. It was my kids most memorable thing we did our whole trip.

  Great Zipline. Great hosts. We were made to feel safe the entire time. The Zipline are tall and fast for the adrenaline junkie child (19 & 10). But they start off on slow ones to make momma get used to it. I wish I would have worn longer shorts. Make sure you are in shape to walk as the first ones there are a lot of steps. But you cool off on the way down and get to jump in the natural pool after. Do note they have changing room so you don't have to wear your swimsuit all day. Wear comfy shoes. We had an hour and a half to swim, tequila taste and look at the animal sanctuary afterwards. Lunch is extra, but the food was good. Pictures are extra $100 USD. But the pictures and videos were great and I never would have gotten the same shots. Great day!

  Great staff and wonderful lines! Some of the fastest I’ve been on! Enjoyed the fast boat ride across the bay and actually saw a whale on the return trip.
