  A very fun trip with great guides Johnny and Sergio. Nice jumps and great views, would definetely recommend! The lunch included is also very nice, as well as the photos and video’s they make during the canyoning.

  Had such a good day doing the canyoneering tour. Was a really fun experience, and the guides were very patient and helpful in keeping us safe. Lots of fun with jumps and abseiling down the waterfalls. Transport, lunch & photos are included in price. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing this tour in Banos!

  The experience was amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed the tour too much and every moment lived. We would like to congratulate the guides, Jerald and Jhony. Jerald was simply the best: always attentive, with excellent communication and willing to help at all times. Your experience and strength are rating, which gave us a lot of security during the activity. Jhony also did a great job, complementing with clear explanations and accompanying us with a lot of patience and good energy. We recommend 100% the experience with them.   We found Imagine Ecuador online and booked a canyoning tour with them — and we’re so glad we did! When we arrived in Baños, we stopped by their agency and were warmly welcomed. They gave us helpful information not just about their tours, but also general tips about the area. The staff was generous with their time, patient, informative, and truly helpful. We first did the zip line activity, which was a lot of fun. It was also reassuring to see how seriously they take safety — the equipment was in great condition, and the staff was clearly experienced and attentive. We also did the canyoning tour (two adults and two girls aged 13 and 19), and it was so much fun! We met other groups along the way, and it was clear that our guides, Yonatan and Marco, were going above and beyond. They double-checked everything — from the depth of the pools to the security of the ropes — and made sure everyone felt confident and safe. We even noticed that other guides were looking to Yonatan for advice, and when someone from a different group sprained his leg, it was our guide who stepped in and helped with the evacuation. The guides took photos and videos throughout the entire activity. When we got back to the hotel, we realized they’re actually great photographers — the kids especially loved having high-quality pictures and videos to share on Instagram. All in all, we felt very lucky to have chosen Imagine Ecuador. Their professionalism, attention to safety, and great energy made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

  Wow Marco and Miguel went above and beyond to ensure we survived the massive waterfalls. They are super professional and strong! Dario was one of the best rafting guides we’ve had as well earlier in the morning. Can’t wait to do it again one day!

  We had the most excitement-filled morning with two expert guides who made us feel very safe while allowing us to experience the thrill of jumping off ledges into deep water and rappelling down waterfalls. We even experienced an impromptu zipline the guides set up for us. The canyon was beautiful and the waterfalls were rushing strongly. The guides helped us with walking and sliding down the rocks and took amazing photos and videos of our adventure. I expected to be cold but never was chilly even once! Very comfortable and fun. I felt we were in good hands and when the guides gave us a command, like JUMP, I just did and it was awesome. On our return taxi ride, the driver and guides shared some history about the area and its hidden Inca gold. Loved it. Time flies when you’re having fun. 🤩 10/10 recommend this amazing canyoneering experience.

  Experience of a lifetime to canyon waterfalls in the beautiful city of Banos. Truly an amazing experience. Our tour guides were excellent and highly focused on making this an enjoyable experience under the safest conditions. We were fortunate to see some rare wildlife while making our way down the waterfalls. You must be in physically good shape and a strong swimmer for this excursion.
