正午頃は、農場で軽くて本格的なランチを楽しむのに最適な時間です。おいしいチーズのほか、蜂蜜、自家製ジャム、サワードウパンなど、地元の特産品を味わいます。 渓谷の息を呑むような景色を眺めながらの美味しいランチ。 この美しい場所に別れを告げた後、ワイナリーへの旅を続けます。 絵のように美しいブドウ畑に囲まれた伝統的なワインセラーを訪れた後、ワインメーカーと一緒に最も伝統的なワインを試飲します。

5.00Our daughter booked this wonderful tour and we are glad for it. Nic picked us up at Asti train station on time, gave us a tour of Asti, including the church in Piazza. Luckily for us it was the annual market day and town was exuberant. We started our tour with a stop at the famous Asti chocolate company, followed by visit to a great cheese tasting and finished off with a great wine tasting. I could write pages on the cheese and wine place we visited (both were excellent and will give them 5 starts), but this is about the tour and will keep it 'focused'. Nic quickly understood our passion for country side and took us around rolling hills and small villages with vistas all around while chatting about food, wine, culture, passion, history and more. Nic is a great guide and we hope to be back for more. In short, we got more than wine and cheese tasting.
