• Very long day - wouldn't do it again

  It was a long drive from Ao nang to cheow lan lake and an even longer drive back as our driver disappeared for 30 minutes when we arrived back at our transport and then stopped again on the drive back for a long time. Had the weather beeb better it might have been a better experience but sitting in torrential rain, thunder and lightening on the floating pontoon after a very disappointing lunch was the icing on the cake - still at least we were not staying the night there like some of the people huddled outside their floating Sheds in the pouring rain.

  Loved it. Tuk tuk our guide was really friendly and helpful. Well worth doing. Downside was the bus from krabi is 2.5hrs so very long day. Mini bus driver also spent lots of time om his phone and not watching the road so not ideal.

  At first I was thinking I messed up booking this tour. I’m not the tour going type and prefer the self adventure. When we got to the park to check in there were a ton of people. But I can honestly say it was worth it! The company we were with was definitely the right choice. The route was fantastic. Our guide was informative and kind. There was quite a lot of free time at our lunch spot so definitely buy some fish food to occupy your time. It was a mellow tour but worth it. It was truly the most beautiful place we went to during our time.

  Gorgeous scenery and good lunch. A little disorganized - no guide for the drive up to the park and then a guy just opens the door and says “follow me” before speeding off to wait 20 mins for a boat while you see other groups load up and go ahead of you. It’s also a pretty physical day - at one point we had to hoist ourselves onto the boat 3 1/2 feet in the air. Also caving and hiking so bring bug spray and good shoes.

  This tour was absolutely amazing! The scenery at Cheow Lan Lake was breathtaking, with emerald-green water and stunning limestone cliffs. The boat ride was peaceful and gave us incredible views. Exploring the cave was a fun adventure, and the floating lunch was both delicious and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and informative throughout the day. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krabi!
