  We had a lovely evening being led by John around the old city area. The tour included 4 stops as well as one in a restaurant. John shared a lot of information regarding the city and general history of the area and China as well.

  We had a great time on this trip. The foods tasted were classics - good quality, iconic. Our guide,Iris, was friendly and had a solid knowledge of the city and its food culture. She also gave some good recommendations for places to check out after the tour. The pace was relaxed, and Iris were accommodating to our group, making sure no one felt rushed.

  Amazing time spent with Pat. Such a fun and knowledgeable tour guide who showed us all the food highlights of Chongqing and then some. Pat made sure we not only got to taste some amazing dishes but also understood how the dishes form part of everyday life in Chongqing. He was extremely flexible, changing the itinerary to accommodate our food interests. I would highly recommend Chongqing Tours

  We had a great tour with Pat! Got to eat a lot of really good food, only wish we could have had more. We also got to walk around and learn about the city which was very interesting.

  Pat was great tour guide and patient enough to wait for me since I got lost. However, once we started, he took us to some nice places, one where tourists go, but mostly where locals would eat. It was also like a walking tour of some spots in the city, and again both in tourist sites and walking through where the locals go, which both adds a nice touch. I've never tasted that type of spicy, so it was good to try the authentic Chongqing foods that I probably would not have ordered alone. I just remembered the delicacy we tried! I want to add that in every food place, if we ever didn't want to try, we were not forced to. Our very small group ate the foods, but it was just nice knowing there was no pressure. Pat was also gracious enough to help me walk back to an area in city where I wanted to go back, and this was after the tour. Along with the food, photos, and his kindness, the food tour was memorable. Thank you!

  Very fun and tasty tour. Fun because bibs and plastic gloves are involved. Tasty because I ate several things I have never seen before. Patrick was a great host, who made me feel right at home in this mega city. Highly recommended.

  This food tour has been so good! Not only did we try a variety of dishes, from snacks to mains and dessert but we also explored the city and within that some less known, more local sides, which was amazing. I also really liked the guides because they cared about our experience and didn't rush us and explained the dishes really well. They knew what they are doing and where the good, hidden gems are across the city centre. I can only recommend the tour!
